and April to July 2019. They refer to the number of persons aged 10 and over (excluding foreign domestic helpers)

who had used the Internet during the 12 months before enumeration.

(1) As a percentage of all persons in the respective age/educational attainment/economic activity status groups. For

example, among all persons aged 10-14, 100.0% of them had used the Internet during the 12 months before

enumeration based on the Thematic Household Survey in 2019.
