What can be seen clearly from bar chart given is that people’s attitude towards alteration witnessed the tremendous change. To more specific,the percentage of people willing to change in the year of 2004 was only 30,while a decade later,the proportion ascended by 65. The trend was really amazing and eye-catching.

从对个人发展而言，改变敏锐了一个人的洞察，验证了一个人的勇气，提升了一个人的判断，增强了一个人的自信，平和了一个人的心态并培养了一个人的能力。这一切都有利于一个人的发展。

It is no overstatement to say that noting exists for no reason. Among a host of cause stand out the three following ones. To begin with,ever-accelerating technology revolutionizes the way we live,work,study,play,think and view the word. If one does not adapt to the tendency,he/she will be left behind by the word. Another factor lies in concept modification. In the past, people did believe that a rolling stone gathers no moss. However,at present,an increasing number of people begin to admit noting endures but change. Finally,transformation sharps one’s insight,testifies one’s courage,balances one’s state of mind,enhances one’s confidence,improves judgment and cultivates one’s capability,which are all beneficial to one’s future development.

可以毫不夸张得说，每件事的存在都有它的道理。在诸多原因中，以下三条尤为显著。首先，不断发展的技术彻底改变了我们生活，工作，学习，娱乐，思考和看待世界的方式。如果一个人不能适应这种趋势，他/她可能会被世界抛弃。另一条原因是人们的理念的改变。在过去，人们坚信：滚动的石头不生苔，常换工作不发财。而时下，越来越多人开始承认：世界万物，一切在变。唯有改变，永远不变。最后，改变敏锐了一个人的洞察，验证了一个人的勇气，平和了一个人的心态，增强了一个人的自信，提升了一个人的判断，培养了一个人的能力。这一切，都有利于他/她的未来发展。

第三段

From what has been mentioned previously,as far as i am concerned,nobody can go against the epoch he/she lives in. Since changing is an ever-lasting theme of the era,what should be done is to learn from the past,live in the present and look forward to the future.

综上所述，照我看来：没有能逆时代而行。既然变化是时代的永恒主题，该做的就是回首过去，立足现在并展望未来。
