中心复合设计法优化BTCA对棉织物的抗皱整理工艺

摘要:为优化BTCA 与SHP 复合整理液对棉织物的抗皱整理工艺,以BTCA 用量和焙烘温度为自变量,棉织物折皱性能为响应值,通过二次回归中心复合设计法,对试验结果进行分析,得到了棉织物折皱回复角与2个影响因素之间的二元回归方程,并对二次回归中心组合模型进行拟合及方差分析,优化了整理工艺,即当BTCA 用量为7%,焙烘温度为170℃时,棉织物的折皱回复角为130°.

Technology optimization of cotton fabric crease-resistant finishing

with BTCA using central composite method

Abstract:In order to optimize the crease-resistant finishing on cotton fabric with composite solution of BTCA and SHP,quadratic regression central composite design combined with response surface methodology was employed to analyze the results of the experiments using concentration of BTCA and curing temperature as independent variables and crease recovery angle as responsive value.The binary regression equation about crease recovery angle of cotton fabric and the two influencing factors were obtained.The model was fitted and analyzed,and the finishing process was optimized,that was,when the concentration of BTCA was 7%,the curing temperature was 170℃,the crease recovery angle of cotton fabric was 130°.
