The experimental study of the tennis teaching method in the

women's tennis in genera l colleges

Abstract

Fast and easy tennis is a kind of advanced tennis teaching concept,its guiding ideology is:fast easy tennis,enjoy sports,easy movement,enjoy life.Its teaching core is:teaching, gradualism,interest excitation.At present a lot of tennis tennis training training institutions, and children,are using the fast easy tennis teaching concept,some coaches and apply it to the teaching of the adult beginners,has received the good effect.

This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to the normal university grade2015 girls tennis lesson options as experimental object,using the"quick easy tennis"teaching experiment research.In the experiment,the ten steps teaching method was adopted in the fast and easy tennis teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional tennis teaching method,and the questionnaire and experiment were carried out through the situation interest and tennis skill.

Research findings:

After the experiment,the experimental group in novelty,pleasure,exploratory and overall interest compared with the control group with very significant difference(p<0.01), the significance is not obvious in challenging and attention.

After the experiment,the difference between the test group and the control group was not obvious.There was a significant difference between the standard and the technical evaluation of the backhand stroke and the technical evaluation(p<0.05).There was a significant difference between the backhand stroke and the technical evaluation in the baseline multi-round(P<0.05).

Conclusion:

6.1.1the"fast and easy tennis teaching method"can effectively improve the interest of

women in ordinary college.

6.1.2the"fast and easy tennis teaching method"can effectively improve the technical

standards of female students'backhand stroke in regular colleges and universities.

6.1.3the"fast and easy tennis teaching method"can effectively improve the standard of

the action of female students in regular college.

6.1.4the"fast and easy tennis teaching method"can effectively improve the technical

standards of the women's bottom line in the average college.

6.1.5the"fast easy tennis teaching method"can effectively improve the standard of the

women's bottom line.
