三是集中进行一次中小学生及其家长交通安全教育。要以这起事故为案例，全面开展一次乘车安全教育，教育中小学生坚决不乘拼装车、报废车、农用车、货运车等非法运营车辆上下学，教育提醒步行上下学的中小学生遵守交通规则，主动安全避让行驶车辆。要立即提醒家长提高安全意识和监护人责任意识，千万不要租用不符合安全规定的车辆接送学生。
四是制定应对极端天气交通安全措施，防范冬季大雾、降雪及路面结冰对学生和幼儿上下学交通安全的不利影响。必要时可采取停运接送学生上下学车辆或调整上课、入园时间等安全措施。要明确驾驶人员按照雪、雾天气安全驾驶要求，使之时刻牢记安全第一，严禁超载、超速，确保交通安全。

基础英语感觉有点坑爹，前面30个词汇和语法题感觉都是高中的词汇和语法，拿到题目我不敢相信这是广外的真题，与他官网上所提供的真题难度比较大。坐我后面的一个女生也是考广外的，后来我问她，她也说她不敢相信这个是广外的卷子，可是他真的是。不过阅读还是正常难度。作文个人觉得挺难的，讲教育方面的，现在的教育主要是学生自己的事，学生在学习中扮演的角色越来越重要，老师的传统角色已经转变了。根据这个自己拟一个题目，写400字的作文。
