Pacing 节奏

自问自答(rhetorical questions)

自己提出一个问题,然后稍做停歇(2秒钟左右),之后给出答案。这种技巧能引起听众的注意,促使听众去思考。同时还能增强presentation的逻辑清晰度。

易读性为前提。

使用24-28字号,标题增大至32号。

使用恰当的字体

避免过多堆放内容:罗列太多的论点是一个常见的问题,这会让听众眼花缭乱,没有办

法阅读,也无法集中注意力。

限制幻灯片的数量

谨慎使用颜色:字体颜色与背景颜色要有足够的差别。避免使用浅红、橙色和黄色,因为这些颜色在大的投影屏幕上显示不出来。
