工作计划

三年来,全校上下团结合作,拼搏进取,学校各项工作稳步推进,快速提升,学校规模雏形初显,德育品牌特色鲜明,教学质量稳步提升,为下一步学校发展打下了良好基础。今年对学校来说,是承前启后,继往开来的一年,面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。学校各处室、各年级要同心同德、通力合作,卯足干劲,力争实现学校各项工作的新跨越。为全面做好本年度工作,现将2013—2014年度学校工作计划如下:

一、指导思想

以科学发展观为指导,全面落实党的十八大对教育工作提出的要求,深入实施教育规划纲要,以推进教育内涵发展、提高教育质量为中心,不断提高教育对经济社会发展的贡献度,不断提高人民群众对教育的满意度。

总体工作思路:按照“围绕一个目标,突出三条主线,强化五项工作”的工作思路,即以围绕实现学校跨越发展这一目标,突出学校标准化建设、中小学教师技能达标过关、实施幸福教育工程三条主线,强化学校创建、教师素养提升、素质教育推进、校园文化建设、构建和谐校园五项重点工作,统筹利用各类发展资源,争先创优,全力推进,丰富学校发展内涵,增强学校发展实力,实现学校建设新突破。

二、工作目标

1、积极申报省级规范化学校,围绕标准,完善措施,积极推进,确保申报成功。

2、加强干部队伍建设,提升干部队伍的执行力,提升干部的管理能力和治校水平;加强教师队伍建设,优化队伍结构,提升教师专业水平和教学能力。力争培养培养骨干教师和青年教师5人,其中市级教育名师1至2名;加强班主任队伍建设,培养一支业务精干,管理能力强的班主任队伍;加强后勤队伍建设,建设一支技能熟、业务精、服务好的后勤队伍,创建优质的后勤保障服务。

3、继续深化“教学技能达标”活动。通过组织全体教师开展培训,搭建教师自我展示、相互学习、校本研修、共同提高的平台,确保我校教师通过镇、县级教学技能达标过关验收35%以上。

4、教育质量再上新台阶。深入开展“素质教育质量效益双高工程”学科教学质量进一步提高,学生体质健康,确保学校教育质量管理位列县先进单位行列。

4、普及程度进一步巩固。适龄儿童入学率达到100%,在校学生巩固率达到100%。

5、提升课程改革成果。严格落实国家课程方案,结合“三环节”教学改革,不断深化课堂教学研究,梳理总结此项改革的核心理念、操作流程,形成具有本校特色的教学新模式。在各级各类课堂教学评选活动中获奖率达95%以上。

6、以师生良好行为习惯的养成为核心,以培养学生高尚道德品质为目标,开展学生喜闻乐见的德育活动,养成良好的卫生习惯、文明礼仪习惯、学习习惯。学生思想品德合格率100%。

7举办不少于五次的学生安全、纪律、卫生、思想品德等方面的教育讲座、竞赛活动,以培养文明向上的学风。

8、扎实开展阳光体育锻炼,丰富“大家唱、大家跳”艺术活动形式,坚持开展冬季长跑活动,提高学生体、艺特长个性素质,打造学生一流的“2+1”素质品牌,形成学校体育、艺术特

色。

9、开齐开足健康卫生教育课,利用各种渠道、各种形式对学生进行健康卫生教育,促进学生身心健康发展。

10、加强党支部建设和党员教育,发挥先锋模范作用。强化党员干部廉政勤政教育,不出现违纪事件;加强工会组织建设,实施校务公开,增强监督机制;继续开办好家长学校,实现各项工作为学校中心工作服务的目标。

11、完善计生制度,建立计生台帐,严格落实计划生育一票否决制度。

12、突出校园安全重点工作,防范校园暴力,确保师生和学校安全,确保不出现安全责任事故。

13、加强食堂卫生管理,保证学生饮食安全。搞好各种疾病、传染病的预防、检查、控制工作,确保学生卫生安全。

14、增添图书、器材,改善办学条件;自筹资金,抓好操场建设工作,配套搞好校园绿化、美化、硬化建设。

三、重点工作

(一)深化教学质量管理,扎实开展形式多样的教学活动,打造一流的教学质量品牌

1、加强教学常规管理。加强教学常规管理,严格执行课程计划,杜绝私自调课、旷课、迟到、早退、中途离堂、上课接打手机等现象。教导处制定各类通报检查制度,每周对教学情况进行抽查、检查和通报,每学月组织到2次大型的常规检查,加强对教学动态过程的管理。

2、加强教学流程管理和质量监测评价工作,制定完善备考监控方案,促进教学管理的科学化、规范化。

3、加强课堂教学研究,积极开展各项教研活动,切实提高课堂教学效益。

4、做好校本培训工作,建立有效、可操作的校本教研制度,形成有效、适当的教研方法和模式,提高理论学习的有效性、研究过程的科学性和研究制度的规范性与创新性。

5、加强教育科研工作,对已经申报的各类课题做好过程管理。

6、切实减轻学生课业负担。杜绝机械性、重复性、惩罚性的作业,给学生留下动手实践、健身娱乐的时间,真正落实因材施教。探索学生课业负担监测和公告制度,让社会监督学生课业负担,切实减轻学生课业负担。

7、开展形式多样的学科竞赛活动。学校将组织学生开展经典诵读比赛、作文比赛、写字比赛、执笔姿势比赛、优秀作业展评、数学竞赛、书画作品比赛等赛事,为全体学生提供展示自我的舞台,促进学生综合素质的全面提高。

8、抓好信息技术教学应用工作。做到三个结合:一是与教研活动相结合。各学科组、教育组要积极利用远程教育资源进行教学研讨。二是要与教学课件制作开发相结合。积极引导教师充分利用现代远程教育资源进行教学课件制作,并利用教学课件上优质课。三是与校本培训研修相结合。充分运用远程教育资源,开展教师集体培训学习,引导教师利用远程教育资源备课,拓展知识面,丰富信息量。倡导中青年教师,运用远程教学资源及信息技术,学习操作电子白板技术并将之运用于日常教学,实现现代技术与教育教学实践活动的整合。(二)深化行为习惯教育,扎实开展“德育创新”活动,打造一流的创新德育品牌

1、落实全员管理育人。全体教职工要树立全员德育意识,树立教书育人、管理育人、服务育人、环境育人意识,把德育工作贯穿到学校教育的全过程,做到:班级事情班主任管,课堂问题科任教师管,发现问题人人主动管,倾向性问题全校齐抓共管的良好局面。

2、强化学生行为习惯的养成。进一步规范学生行为养成教育,采取学校引导学,级部带着学,班级主动学的方式,认真学习《小学生守则》、《小学生一日常规》,强化学生行为

规范养成训练。本年度计划开展“每天早晚10分钟”教育活动,班主任7:40入班,对学生一日活动进行指导。加强值日领导、值日教师、值日学生的检查力度,做好上、下学时学生的护导工作,对早到校、晚离校的学生加强管理,加大德育处处的通报力度,有针对性地规范和训练学生,以培养学生养成良好的行为习惯。

3、安全和法纪教育常抓不懈。充分利用升旗、晨会、班队活动、德育课、讲座和演练等途径进行安全和法纪教育,以杜绝安全隐患发生。安全教育做到五有:有活动主题、有活动过程、有活动记载、有活动资料(图片)、有活动小结,确保安全教育落到实处。

4、扎实开展留守儿童工作。要进一步摸清学困生、贫困生、留守生资料,摸清单亲家庭、离异家庭、进城务工家庭、特殊家庭子女资料,建立档案,明确帮扶对象。加强心理咨询室工作,实施“爱心专座”,心灵交流,让这些学生生活有人关心,心理有人疏导,学习有人指导。

5、创新开展主题教育月活动。德育处要科学规划德育活动,围绕学生养成教育主线,设计开展公民道德、法制教育、爱心教育、传统美德、社会实践、模拟演练等德育教育活动,不断提高学生的思想道德素质和实践活动能力。

6、落实家访、家长会、家委会工作。做到家访常态化、制度化。定期召开家长会、家委会,为学校发展出谋划策,提高学校。

(三)深化教科研管理,扎实开展问题课题研究,打造一流的教科研品牌

1、加强对教科研工作的领导。继续发挥教导处、教科室的引领作用,加强对教科研工作的指导,加强对教科研工作的管理、考核,力争让教科研工作落到实处。

2、加强课题研究。学校对已立项研究的课题,加强指导,督促按计划开展课题研究工作,加强对课题的中期考核,保证各项课题研究循序渐进,稳步推进。做好“十二五”时期课题的申报工作,用课题研究推动课堂教学,促进课堂效率的提高。

3、明确研究重点。紧紧围绕教育教学工作实践,结合“教学技能达标”活动,密切关注教改中出现的新情况、新问题,抓住一些带有前瞻性的问题进行研究和探索。通过校本教研和课题研究平台,组织教师开展教科研论文、报告、案例的评选活动,让广大教师从教学研究中体验到乐趣,享受到成果,争做研究型教师。

(四)深化体卫艺工作,扎实开展阳光体育锻炼,打造一流的体艺特色品牌

1、体育工作。增强学生体质,扎实开展“阳光体育运动”和“大家唱、大家跳”活动,保质保量上好每一节体育课,组织学生做好课间操、眼保健操,继续开展大课间体育活动,保证学生每天锻炼一小时。继续开展足球队、乒乓球队训练,继续开展冬季长跑运动,举办眼保健操比赛、跳绳比赛、乒乓球比赛、足球比赛等小型体育竞赛活动,每学期举办1次运动会。

2、卫生工作。牢固树立“快乐童年,健康第一”的理念,以疾病防疫、卫生防疫和饮食安全为重点,加强学生卫生知识的普及教育、疾病预防的普及教育,引导学生养成良好的卫生习惯和健康的生活方式。继续实施晨检制度和疾病防控制度,开展经常性的身体卫生、教室卫生、食堂卫生、厕所卫生检查,消灭卫生死角,确保学生身体健康。

3、艺术工作。扎实开展艺术教育,让学生的艺术天赋得到发掘、培养和展示。成立校合唱队、舞蹈队、足球队等艺体队组,继续开展舞蹈队、管乐队、合唱队等队组训练。鼓励学生参加各类音乐、舞蹈、美术、书法等团队,开展学生音乐、美术素质测试,落实体艺“2+1”项目活动。

(五)深化校园综合治理,扎实开展安全监管,打造一流的平安校园品牌

1、牢固树立“安全重于泰山”的观念,克服“说起来重要,忙起来次要”的消极理念,把安全工作始终放在后勤工作的第一位。

2、坚持地毯式检查校舍设施,及时排除设施安全隐患。对学校校舍、体育设施、水电设施等开展经常性的检查(每周不少于1次),并实行安全月报制度,及时排除学校各种安全

隐患。

3、开展消防安全、预防地震等安全演练活动。加强校园安全管理,完善学校消防设施,强化食堂管理、传染病监控、校产安全。完善安全管理制度,购配安全设施,落实保安、门卫等专职安保人员职责,做好安全排查、整改记载。同时采用多种形式,开展交通安全、食品安全、消防安全、用电安全、校园活动安全、预防传染病、防溺水安全、家庭生活安全、防拐骗安全等方面的教育和安全演练,有效防范和杜绝不安全事故的发生。

4、加强对学校食堂管理。食堂总务处的重要工作,关系到师生的饮食安全。贯彻执行《食品卫生法》和有关的管理规定,经常召开由食堂从业人员参加的关于食品卫生、安全专题会议,严把食品和原材料进货渠道,杜绝食物中毒事故。

(六)深化党务校务建设,扎实开展“创先争优”和民主管理建设,打造一流的和谐团队品牌

1、提高学校党建工作水平。继续深入开展创先争优活动,搞好学校党支部“五好”建设和党员干部“五带头”活动,提高党员的模范带头作用,提高党支部的战斗力。

2、扎实做好工会工作。进一步健全学校工会组织,完善工会组织制度,实施教代会监督和管理制度,关注教师身心健康,开展有益的教工文体娱乐活动,开展为困难教工送温暖活动,举办青年教师、中年教师座谈会等,增强学校凝聚力,构建和谐团队。

(七)深化均衡发展迎省建工作,扎实推进设施设备达标,打造一流的满意服务品牌

1、加快学校基本建设,通过工自筹资金,完善操场改造,健全配套设施。

2、做好财务财产管理。牢固树立服务师生、服务教学、服务学校发展的思想,端正服务态度,健全并执行财务制度,做好学校预算、决算、收费等工作。搞好学校财产管理工作,建立健全学校实物台账、仓库明细帐,做好财产的登记、仓库物资清理,做到心中有数,物尽其用。

3、抓好校园环境管理,进一步深化校园文化建设,建设富有特色的墙壁文化、走廊文化、教室文化和办公室文化。搞好校内苗木、花草、草坪管理,适时抓好除草、施肥、治虫、修剪各环节的工作,通过各种形式向师生员工进行爱护公物、保护环境的宣传教育,确保环境净化、美化、绿化,努力创造良好的工作和育人环境。

四、工作措施

1、进一步完善各类考评制度。围绕原考评细则,总结经验,寻找不足,特别是针对考核中出现的问题进行探索,对原《考勤制度》、《考评实施细则》、《班主任管理制度》、《财产管理制度》等进行修订,切实做到公平、公正,让制度指导行动,确保各项制度落到实处,提高教职工工作积极性。

2、进一步加强干部队伍建设。每一名干部做到“四个强化一个带头”:强化工作首位,进一步增强工作主动性;强化工作任务,进一步增强工作绩效性;强化工作中心,进一步增强工作合作性;强化不断学习,进一步提高管理素质和工作能力;带头树立正气,进一步提高自己的威信。对不适应、不称职的干部实行淘汰制。

3、加强教师职业理想和职业道德教育,增强教师教书育人的责任感和使命感。组织教师学习党的十八大精神,学习《中小学教师职业道德规范》,利用政治学习时间,开展师德教育活动、师德警示活动。进一步完善师德考核和激励机制,杜绝职业违规现象,培养一流的德艺双星教师队伍。

4、强化班主任培训、管理。做到一月一次交流培训,采取集中培训式、伙伴互助式、导师带教式、网络培训式等策略。通过理论学习、专题讨论、同年级班主任交流、网络互动交流、为新班主任找“师傅”等多种途径,为班主任的专业化建设提供多元课程形态和交流平台。建立班主任专业成长档案,记载班主任专业成长轨迹,使班主任专业化发展成为学校教师专业化发展的有力支柱。继续实施班主任坐班制,深入班级,全方位管理班级事务。
