3 工程地质 3.1 绪言 3.1.1 工程概况 安北第四风电场ABC区600MW工程场址位于酒泉地区瓜州县城东北约67km、玉门镇西北约73 km处的戈壁荒滩，东经96°22′31.6″～96°32′59.7″，北纬40°43′2.7″～40°52′59.2″之间（各区域场址坐标见表3.1），其中A、B、C三个区域分别占地49.5km2、44km2、49.5km2。场址区海拔高度在1455m～1680m之间，地势开阔，地形平坦。风电场场址南部边缘紧邻兰新铁路，东部边缘紧邻安北第五、第六风电场，西部边缘紧邻安北第三、第二风电场。 表3.1 安北第四风电场工程各区场址地理坐标 风电场场址区位于著名的“河西走廊”西段的东西风通道上，风能资源丰富，地形、地貌为平坦的“戈壁滩”，可开发利用面积较大，满足风电场建设用地及施工要求。3.1.2 勘察目的和任务 根据甘肃酒泉千万千瓦级风电基地二期工程可行性研究阶段地勘任务书及工程地质勘测大纲的要求，本阶段勘测工作的目的是为选定的风电场场址提供初步工程地质资料。本阶段的主要任务如下：
（1）根据国家地震局2001年版《中国地震动峰值加速度区划图》（GB18300-2001），确定风电场场址的地震动峰值加速度及相应的地震基本烈度。 （2）初步查明场址区的工程地质条件和水文地质条件，主要包括下列内容： a）场址区的地形地貌形态、成因类型和特征。 b）地层的成因类型、地质年代、岩性、岩层产状、风化程度及分带、岩土层接触面特性等。 c）土的物质组成、层次结构、分布规律、水平向和垂直向的均匀性及其物理力学性质等。 d）场址区的软土层、粉细砂层、膨胀性土层、盐漬土层、冻土层等特殊性土层的分布范围、分层厚度、结构、天然密实程度和物理力学性质等。 e）场址区不良地质作用的发育程度、成因类型、分布范围和规模。 f）工程场址区的水文地质条件，相对隔水层的埋藏深度，地表水和地下水的水质，初步评价其对建筑物的腐蚀性。 g）初步提出场址区岩土体的物理力学参数和地基承载力，初步评价场址的主要工程地质问题。 h）初步进行天然建筑材料勘察。 （3）初步判断场地类别及场地最大冻土深度。 3.1.3 勘察依据 本次工程地质勘察工作所依据的标准、规范主要有： （1）《风电场场址工程地质勘察技术规定》发改能源（2003）1403号； （2）《岩土工程勘察规范》（GB50021-2001）2009年版； （3）《冻土工程地质勘察规范》（GB50324-2001）； （4）《土工试验方法标准》（GB/T50123-1999）； （5）《建筑抗震设计规范》（GB50011-2010）； （6）《建筑地基基础设计规范》（GB/T50007-2002）； （7）《地下水质量标准》（GB/T14848-93）； （8）《中国地震动参数区划图》（GB18306-2001）。
