关于2016年12月大学英语三、四、六级考试报名的通知

各学院：

2016年12月全国大学英语三、四、六级考试报名工作在即，为保证报名工作准确、高效、有序进行，现就相关事宜通知如下：

一、考试时间与报名资格

1、考试时间（具体时间请以准考证为准）：

2016年12月17日上午英语四级下午英语六级

2016年12月18日上午英语三级

2、报名资格：

●未通过国家英语三级的2014、2015级专科生需报考国家英语三级考试；

●在校全日制普通本科生需修完大学英语四级课程内容才能报名参加四级考试，2013、2014、2015级在校普通本科生、通过国家英语三级的2014、2015级普通专科生可参加四级考试；

●大学英语四级考试425分以上（含425分）的在校学生方可报考六级考试。

●在2015年12月及2016年6月两次考试中违纪作弊的考生不能参加此次考试。

二、报名时间安排及要求

（1）9月6日启动报名工作安排一名责任心强的教师负责三、四、六级报名工作，并反馈教务处教学科备案，以便及时联系、沟通报名相关问题。

（2）9月7日至21日进行网上报名请通知本学院符合报名资格的普教本、专科学生务必于9月21日前登录教务处网站进入全国大学英语三、四、六级考试网上报名系统进行报名。要求学生仔细核对姓名、班级、报考级别、身份证号等信息。如姓名有误，请及时到教务处教学科进行修改；如身份证号有误，可直接在身份证号栏内修改；相片由学生本人负责上传，相片要求是本人的免冠清晰登记照（.jpg格式、大小不超过200K，相片信息提交后将用于考试

及制作考试成绩单，郑重提醒考生切误上传生活照等其他类型照片，否则责任自负）；如有学生对报名资格有疑问，可持本人有效证件于9月15日之前直接到教务处教学科（行政楼B座一楼123室）咨询；在“报名”栏选择“报名”后点击“报名提交”完成网上报名。

（3）9月22日进行报名确认网上报名结束后，学院负责报名确认工作，报名系统中设置了各班级报名情况查询与打印功能（班级查询功能将在网上报名后期开通），请各学院组织相关班级及时打印报名核对表并要求报考学生本人仔细核实报名信息无误后签字确认、缴费（收费标准：三、四、六级均为30元/人），所有班级报名核对表由学院统一汇总，报名费以学院为单位收齐后直接交至财务处收费科（校邮局旁）并领取收费凭证。

（4）9月23日报名结束各学院将报名核对表、报名信息核对反馈表、班级承诺书、以及财务收费凭证一并收齐交教务处教学科。
