Mr. Sun is by nature an integrative leader of others who uses persuasion coupled with fact. There is an inherent ability to both absorb and impart information on a variety of subjects. He is naturally outgoing and quite assertive. However, whilst appearing on the surface to be somewhat light hearted, Mr. Sun will tend to abide by the rules and can in fact be quite conventional in approach.
Though detail oriented there is a need for variety of both task and situation.
Mr. Sun is quite mobile and enjoys travelling. He is normally reasonably assertive and positive, but will yield to more authoritative personalities and to established authority.
Being a persuader rather than a director, the emphasis is on winning wars not battles, i.e. Mr. Sun will give in order to gain. A good promoter of images, a manipulator and motivator of people with a tendency towards areas of endeavour which involve people rather than things.

Whilst quite happy to make decisions based on fact, there is an indication that harsh and unpopular decisions will be avoided where possible, and when absolutely necessary, the approach will be somewhat indirect and an effort will be made to shift blame and responsibility.
