In the Caucasus Mountains, nearly 50 out of every 100,000 people live to celebrate their 100th birthday, and many don't stop at 100! In America only 3 people in 100,000 reach 100. Once my father asked me to hold his hammer(锤子)while he was repairing something, so we could have some time to talk to each other.

For 22 years, after I left home for college, he called me every Sunday at 9 a.m. He was always interested in my life and how my family was doing, and I never once heard him complained about his own life.

When I was first in junior high，I knew no one．Most students talked only to people they knew SO they left me out of their conversations(对话)．I would come home crying because 1 was lonely．Mother asked me what the worst time was and I said that it was at lunchtime．
