Literature Reviewon the Operating Modes Selection and Technical Economic Evaluation of Photovoltaic power System 1.Introduction

Theconstruction of photovoltaic power system contributes to promote the environmental protection, resource reasonable allocation, and development as well as utilization of renewable energy. However, relatively high installation cost, long-term cost recovery induce weak enthusiasm of investment photovoltaic power system.In the absence of supportive policies, mini-sized household style photovoltaic power systems develop slowly. Traditional energy of coal, petroleum, natural gas and so on gradually becomes the bottleneck for the economic development of many countries in the world because of the limited resources reserves. Confronting draconian environment circumstances and limited resource, China at present has attached great value on the construction of photovoltaic power. It is apparent,therefore, that power consumers can benefit from learning about the economic benefit evaluation in order to develop appropriate strategies to maximize their profits.At a broader social level, probe into the application of a sound system of operation mode, analysis the profits, will help to reduce carbon emission , transfer in energy utilization, from traditional energy to new and renewable energy, and to environment friendly energy.Due to the implementation of subsidy policy and grid-connected practice, the speed of distributed photovoltaic power system accelerated, and scale enlarged.

Despite this, a sound system of operation mode is still deficient.Photovoltaic power system,as main form of solar power generation, is in the stage of probing on the operation mode,management mechanism, and police approval. An increasing number of uncertain factors account for its development. Meanwhile, excessive dependence on subsidy policy will exert enormous pressure on national finance,the ramifications of which will not be beneficial for the long-term property of photovoltaic power system. From this, it is argued that there is merit in exploring the international development process of photovoltaic power system, combined with domesticpractical situation, regarding the economic benefit evaluation.

2.Previous research

2.1Literature on operating modes selection

With the vision ofachieving the sustainable development of photovoltaic power, XianganMeng proposed some specific strategies atthe policy -making level, including compulsory integration ofthe PV power, guaranteeing purchasing of all the PV powergenerated, classification of electricity prices, sharing of the PVpower in the entire grid. Wenshu Liao found the best policy mix of expanding a country’s PV market,consisting of s etting up the enforcement regulation of Feed-in-Tariffs diversify Feed-in-Tariff,demand incentive policy for resident application, introducing loans subsidy and tax incentives for PV installers,and completing relevant technical criteria of PV. In contrast to Germany and Japan, Zhizhu Yu probed into photovoltaic power generation policy tools,concluding that the government should attach value to harmony and combination of all kinds of policy tools, and take the policy tools and policy environment, policy issues, the adaptability of the target audience into account,realizingoptimum efficiency of policy.Xia Zhang builds an investment-decision model, based on self-consumption business model, to examine the impact of the incentive policy factors on the investor’s decision.

2.2Overview of technical economic evaluation

There is abundant literature on exploring the technical economic evaluation method ofcomprehensive development and utilization of solar resources. Assessment mechanism of photovoltaic power system has become the highlight of research for foreign scholars:

G.C Bakos analyzed the economic indicators like internal rate of return, the simple payback period, the years to positive cash flows, the net present value, the annual life cycle savings, the profitability index, utilizing Ret Screen software for energy production and economic assessment.Rahman conducted a study which has been made to enhance theperformance of Solar Home System (SHS) by a very simple method where the investment cost was negligible.N. Aste stressed that energy and cost assessment of solar photovoltaic (PV) electricity was strongly related to reliable long-term systems performances and actual O&M costs.In this sense, the pilot PV plant was selected to illustrate the reliability and economy in Italy. By means of calculation of net value,the investment can be recouped within 12 years with the low unit operating cost, a s the technical & economic analysis indicated, and this technique can be accordingly used to dry similar materials. In a similar study, Poullikkas investigated whether t he installation of large photovoltaic (PV) parks in Cyprus, in the absence of relevant feed-in tariff or other measures, is feasible.The study takes into account the available solar

potential of the island of Cyprus as well as all available data concerning current renewable energy sources (RES) policy of the Cyprus Government and the current RES electricity purchasing tariff from Electricity Authority of Cyprus. In order to identify the least-cost feasible option for the installation of 100 MW PV park a parametric cost-benefit analysis i s carried out by varying parameters such as PV park orientation, PV park capital investment, carbon dioxide emission trading system price, etc. For all above cases the electricity unit cost or benefit before tax, as well as after-tax cash flow, net present value, internal rate of return and payback period are calculated.

In china, drawing from the research and conceptualization of technical and economic assessment, scholars conducted extensive work from different perspectives by applying various methods and scales:

Shuai Yin proposed qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, whichinclude photovoltaicgenerationproject, comprehensiveeffect evaluation method,completed way of the photovoltaic industry, technology and market developmentpathand strategies, empirical analysis and the prediction of future scale of photovoltaicgeneration project development. Jun Shi construed a mathematical analysis model to interpret Influence factors of subject’s cost, encompassing installationinvestment, illumination time, loan interest, expected investment recovery period, the cost for operation and management, et c. The application of the model is to calculate the economic benefit, which supplies the basis of theory and the reference of sample for the policymaker. On the basic of status analysis,Shiya Cao predicts that the tendency of photovoltaic power technology will be high stability and low cost. on the analysis of impact factors of cost of energy (COE)for photovoltaic power system and combined with foreign typical photovoltaic power systems, COE is measured and calculated, and the development prospect and route before 2050 are presented. Wei Qian established the net present value model to calculate the economic and rationalprice of the PV electricity, then set different regional PV guidance price base on the differences insolar resource endowment and construction conditions through change the partition generatingcapacity and installation costs and other factors in the model.

Yanwei Sun studied the economic and environmental benefits of the grid-connected PV power generation system using the net present value and the single factor sensitivity analysis tools in China's 34provincial capital cities.

Conclusion

Regarding this issue, emphasis of the study was placed on economic benefit evaluation and photovoltaic power generation policy tools and the

government' choice. Based on the data collection of installment investment, system electricity production, feed-in price and so on, most has been conducted to explore whether invest or not by calculating invest recovery, internal rate of return, economic profit Others proposed incentive policy on base of sensitivityanalysis .Despite this exhortation, little systematic research has been conducted to comprehensive assessment. The aim of this paper is to develop a reasonable mode, trying to offer decision-making foundation for investment decision.

外国语学院2018届毕业论文文献综述(示范) 一、研究背景 近来多篇论文中出现零翻译的提法(杜争鸣,2000;邱懋如,2001;刘明东,2002;袁斌业,2002a,2002b,2002c,2002d;石琳,2003;余清萍,2003;余清萍,秦傲松,2004;肖耀田,2004),但国内学者所编三本译学词典(林煌天,1997;孙迎春,1999;方梦之,2004)均未出现零翻译这一词条,国外三本词典/术语著作(Shuttleworth & Cowie,1997;Baker,1998;Delisle,2004)亦未收入这一条目,只有国内孙迎春(2001)编著的《汉英双向翻译学语林》收进了“零翻译(音译、形译之一种)zero translation”(58页)及“zero translation零翻译(音译、形译之一种)”(268页)两个条目,同时又有贾影(2002)反对零翻译提法,并认为承认不可译有“积极作用”。但零翻译现象确实存在,如DIY(自己动手),IQ(智商),EQ(情商),这些零翻译词汇经常在汉语中出现。英语中也有类似情况,如美国《时代》周刊中报道中国特色事物时经常使用拼音,如aizi(矮子),pizi(痞子),shiganjia(实干家),yuan(缘)(王祥兵,2002),shuangying(双赢),guanxi(关系)(顾静,2005)。 这些研究成果揭示了零翻译现象的存在,引进了零翻译的概念,促进了翻译理论概念的扩大,但是从发表的论文及孙迎春(2001)的这两个条目来看,各自运用的名称虽同(也有不同,如杜争鸣称为不译),但概念的内涵及外延均有出入,因此有必要探讨当前零翻译研究的问题并提出相应研究对策。 二、研究现状及不足 1. 定义不统一、模糊不清 传统翻译理论多把零翻译归结为“音译法”、“移译法”,只看到技巧层面的意义,如秦建栋(1999)讨论“英汉词汇空缺现象刍议”列举“音译法”、“移译法”,袁斌业(2001)论及“英语本族人音译汉语词汇的语用分析”,虽然看到“音译在我国只能用来翻译名词,而在国外则可以用来翻译包括名词在内的各种词语”,但未能从中提炼出零翻译的概念,实际上这里已包含有零翻译与音译的某些区别。 国内最早使用zero translation这一术语的是杜争鸣(2000),但他称之为“不译”,并分析了直译、意译与不译三种翻译策略。他不停留于策略本身,从跨文化交际的视角分析了三种策略的社会语言学与跨文化交际涵义,并看到了不译的三层文化含义。不译背后体现译者对于翻译目的的认识,“而翻译的目的必然直接或间接地反映反映译者本人对翻译的文化含义的意识与潜意识,反映他翻译时所采取的文化姿态与立场。”即翻译观的问题。但从术语的精确性来说

The initial idea of privacy-preserving data mining PPDM was to extend traditional data mining techniques to work with the data modified to mask sensitive information. The key issues were how to modify the data and how to recover the data mining result from the modified data. Privacy-preserving data mining considers the problem of running data mining algorithms on confidential data that is not supposed to be revealed even to the party

running the algorithm. In contrast, privacy-preserving data publishing (PPDP) may not necessarily be tied to a specific data mining task, and the data mining task may be unknown at the time of data publishing. PPDP studies how to transform raw data into a version that is immunized against privacy attacks but that still supports effective data mining tasks. Privacy-preserving for both data mining (PPDM) and data publishing (PPDP) has become increasingly popular because it allows sharing of privacy sensitive data for analysis purposes. One well studied approach is the k-anonymity model [1] which in turn led to other models such as confidence bounding, l-diversity, t-closeness, (α,k)-anonymity, etc. In particular, all known mechanisms try to minimize information loss and such an attempt provides a loophole for attacks. The aim of this paper is to present a survey for most of the common attacks techniques for anonymization-based PPDM & PPDP and explain their effects on Data Privacy. Although data mining is potentially useful, many data holders are reluctant to provide their data for data mining for the fear of violating individual privacy. In recent years, study has been made to ensure that the sensitive information of individuals cannot be identified easily.
