宪法与行政法——北大考研心得

我谈谈一下几个大家可能会关注的问题吧。 1、要不要同时司法考试？我从大二就开始思考这个问题，大家都知道司考的风格和内容与法学研究生考试是有一定程度的差异。总的来说，这是个个人选择的问题。基础好，学习习惯好，精力充沛，如果符合以上几点，不妨给自己一个充满挑战的一年。如果hold不住紧张的时间表，hold不住两次大考的压力，那还是建议大家稳妥一点。 2、要不要上辅导班？针对北大考研的有凯程和英华，对于前者我并不了解。而我报了英华的综合课的和专业课的班。感觉效果很好。一是理清思路，尤其是民法这样的学科内容体系庞杂，而听完老师的课后，对于复习考研有了一个大概的思路。专业课的帮助也很大，它提供了信息和一些有用的资料。不能说报了辅导班就能如虎添翼，但是它在一定程度上起到了指路灯的作用。最重要的是，不在乎你报了什么样的班，而在于你如何妥善运用手里的资料，如何举一反三。 3、要不要去北大听课？说到底这也是个个人选择的问题，考研族在北大屡见不鲜，可见听课是由必要的，但是也要和自己的投入衡量一下。 4、timetable 时间安排也是我们第一次考研的人会遇到的难题。我建议可以将英语复习贯穿始终，英语是一个积累的过程，还是提前复习要好，譬如去年的下半年，最迟也要在今年的3月开始。如果基础很好，托福雅思无压力，也不要大意失荆州，因为考研英语的难度和重要性是不言而喻的。真题+阅读，这是一大法宝。政治，从功利角度来讲，我个人感觉10月开始复习就OK了，上上视频课或者是面授班，多背背押题卷，肖秀荣、任汝芬、文都考研的最后五套题等等，多看多背，按照套路走，就不会有什么问题。具体时间安排：10月以后：白天看专业，傍晚时候开始英语阅读3篇，晚上7点到9点，背政治，9到10点被英语作文，10到11点再复习一遍政治。10月以前，大概就是上午看英语，然后时间放在专业课上。这些安排是按我个人喜好来的，并没有什么科学依据，我想重点突出的是每天做自己的计划，不论计划的优劣，都能给你带来预期的结果。
