1Provide at least 5 samples and mark them No.1 to 5

提供最少5件樣品並標上編號1到5。

2If samples made on different cavity inspect at least two from each cavity

如果樣品是由不同的模穴制造每一模穴至少檢測兩個樣品

3Use Fiesta Drawing for inspection

使用Fiesta的圖紙來檢測

4Follow the tolerances available on drawing.

附合圖紙上的公差

5Give numbering to all dimensions ( Specially Critical Dimensions)

給所有尺寸標上編號（特別是重要尺寸）。

6Use the Fiesta FAI form or your internal form which meet the information required.

使用Fiesta FAI表格或者是供應商附合要求的內部表格

7Measure each dimension and record it in inspection Form

測量每一尺寸並記錄在檢測表中

8If any dimension is out, record how much is out of tolerance and check mark pass or fail, and the reason if pass.

如果有尺寸超出范圍，記錄超出公差多少並檢查標志合格或不合格，如果合格需附上原因。

9Check samples visually for any dent, twisting or any other defects.

目測檢查所有的凹痕，扭傷或其它任何缺點

10Verify other specification such as color, finishing, material grade

Must check color versus approved sample. If brushed stainless steel also check direction of brushing.

核對其它的規格例如顏色，表面，材料等級

必須與已確認的樣品對顏色，如果不銹鋼上有拉絲同時檢查拉絲的方向

11Perform fit test to verify part fits to other parts,

履行適配測試來確保樣品配合其它部件

12Perform required function test to see part perform properly and meet the specification.

履行所要求的性能測試來檢查部件的性能及附合規格標准

13If any test required by Fiesta write the brief test method or reference and result.

Fiesta 所要求的測試需寫下簡單的測試方法或者參考資料以及結果

14If Fiesta required any certification such as CSA or UL, part should be mark appropriately Fiesta所要求的證書例如CSA或者UL，部件應被適當的標明

15If product is assembled unit, send the inspection report for each individual part and for whole assembly.

如果產品是組裝件，寄每一單獨件和整個組合件的檢查報告

16If sub parts already been approved, only send the final assembly inspection report.

如果保固件已被確認，只寄送最終組裝檢測報告

17If Anything is not clear in Fiesta Drawing Ask Fiesta Engineering Department for verification 有關Fiesta圖紙如有任何不清楚的地方請向Fiesta工程部確認

18Send samples to Fiesta BBQ Limited with Inspection report and certificate ( CSA, UL, etc)寄樣品和檢測記錄以及證書(CSA，UL等)到Fiesta BBQ公司

19Keep other sample for reference mark it with date of shipment.

保留其它樣品作為參考並標上船運的日期

20If you are sending many parts, keep log of them and send a copy of log to Fiesta for reference.

如果供應商寄許多部件，保留它們的寄送資料並寄一份副本給Fieata作為參考
