摘要

我国加入WTO以后，在市场经济强有力的推动下，我国国内的经济迅速发展起来。现代物流业得到了长足的发展。随着我国物流行业的发展，将来对物流人才的需求只会多不会少。然而，我国物流人才的现状却不容乐观：：首先，我国物流人才总量奇缺，尤其是高级物流管理人才更是少之又少；其次，我国物流人才培养体系不够完善，培养出的物流人才参差不齐。物流人才存在的这些问题严重制约着我国物流业的发展，成为我国目前急需解决的问题之一。

本文首先给出了物流人才的定义，并对物流人才进行了分类。又对我国的三大经济区域进行了分析，并给出了相应解决这些问题的物流人才培养模式。

ABSTRACT

With China entering into WTO, compelled by the powerful market economy, economic in China grow quickly. The logistics industry has achieved great advance. It says that China will demand more logistic talents as logistics growing. However, the present status of logistic talents in China is not so positive. Firstly, the total amount of logistic talents in China is far less than enough; secondly, the specialization level of logistic talents is low, which can not satisfy present demand; thirdly, the education system of logistic talents is not consummate. All of these issues astrict the progress of logistic in China, to be the urgent problems.

This thesis gives out the conception of logistic talents firstly and classifies logistic talents into several sorts. Then analyze the present status of three economic regions of China and offers some solutions to these problems.
