英语课堂教学心得发表时间：2013-09-22T16:49:22.653Z 来源：《教育学文摘》2013年8月总第94期供稿作者：张宝奎 [导读] 我们在英语课堂教学中经常会发现：不同班级甚至同一班级的学生英语基础参差不齐，有些学生几乎对英语学习失去了兴趣或信心。张宝奎山东省滨州市沾化县冯家镇第二实验学校256800 摘要：我们在英语课堂教学中经常会发现：不同班级甚至同一班级的学生英语基础参差不齐，有些学生几乎对英语学习失去了兴趣或信心。因此，我们在课堂教学中如果不对学生、对知识、对教学方法等方面进行反思与求证，就很难进一步发展和提高学生各方面的能力。关键词：教学方法主动性评价方式我们在英语课堂教学中经常会发现：不同班级甚至同一班级的学生英语基础参差不齐，有些学生几乎对英语学习失去了兴趣或信心。他们对英语学习失去了兴趣和信心，难以在初三英语快节奏、高密度的课堂上与教师或同班同学保持步调一致，从而给课堂教学的顺利实施带来很大的困难。因此，如果我们在课堂教学中不对学生、对知识、对教学方法等方面进行反思与求证，我们就很难进一步发展和提高学生各方面的能力。在英语课堂教学过程中，如何改变教师的教学观念，如何进行教师角色的转变，如何运用合作式手段进行教学，如何鼓励学生发挥主观能动性，使学生大脑的功能由单纯的“仓库”变成知识的“加工场”等问题，我在初三的教学中不断的摸索有点心得，望广大读者批评指正。一、做好教学情感的最优控制，采取“赏识教育”，形成学生有效学习的策略目标在实验过程中，我们依照教材以及学与教要达成的目标，逐步形成了系统的帮助学生有效学习的方法。如创设情景与激励情意相结合；理解学生和培养学生相结合；统一要求和个别对待相结合；教法研究与学法指导相结合。教学过程中，要求教师设计好教学内容，设法将教材内容转换成生动活泼的语言交际情景，让学生兴致勃勃地参与语言实践。同时，我们还强调教师要重视教学过程中师生双方情感上的交流与沟通，设法激励学生的情意因素，以营造和谐的学习氛围，激发学生内在的积极因素、学习热情和创造意识。二、改变学习的形式，变“传统的灌输式”为“互动式” 在传统的英语教学中，教师特别重视学生课堂上英语知识的消化，讲究知识点的掌握程度，教学中重视课内知识的封闭传授而轻视课内外方法的开放学习，这种传统的灌输式使学生学习缺乏灵活性和创造性。在课堂上极大限度地为学生提供机会，使学生的主体作用得到充分的再现。在听、说、读、写、思维、表达等方面进行训练，力求让学生做学习的主人。凡是学生自己能做的，教师一律放手，使学生能自学、自答、自测、自做、自评；凡是学生能够参与活动的，学生必须参与。如对话训练、短剧表演等。因此，教师应该改变传统的教学观念，教会学生学习英语的方法，让学生“会学”英语，培养学生和老师互动式学习，这是当今英语教学中的重要方法。三、灵活运用教材，活化教材内容新课程标准与以往的教材不同，一是课本量大面广，灵活性强。要求师生的配合性强，以单元为单位，听、说、读、写较以往皆有较大幅度的提高，若按以往的教法是很难在预定的课时内完成教学任务的；二是难度增大，生词量、阅读量增加近一倍。针对这一新变化，如何保质保量地完成教学任务，需有新举措。须将其内容活化，按交际原貌活化于课堂，形成不同层面、不同形式的教学活动，让师生互动，共同投入。四、正确认识考试评价的功能，让学生学有长进，增添自信感和成功感学习困难学生最害怕考试。为了帮助他们克服害怕考试的心理，提高其学习的积极性，教师要根据不同的教学目标和学生的实际程度，制定出不同的层次要求。实验过程中，根据学生的个体差异，对学生的学习评价实行“同分不等值”，多角度、多方位、多层面、多形式进行分层评价，合作达标，促进每个学生在最适合自己的学习环境中求得最佳发展。我主要尝试了以下几种方法。 1.实行无人监考制度，让学生淡化“一考定终身”的观念，形成自主学习尝试无人监考时，仍需要拉开学生的座位间隔，讲明无人监考的作用与目的，让学生明确学习的目的。起初学生颇感新鲜和高兴，一部分学生认为是机会来了，另一部分学生则由平时考试时的埋头苦干变得东张西望，不知所措。 2.根据学生学习的个体差异，巧妙地处理部分学生的分数，让学生在学习中有自信心和成功感按照学生的学习程度与个体差异，考试制订不同的层次要求。例如：月考根据整体的测试情况，可以分别按A、B、C定出不同的分数等级，这样，有助于层次教学的正常进行，更重要的是能调动学生学习的积极性，减少两极分化，培养学习的自信心。 3.实行考试分层，合作达标，让各个层次的学生均能找到适合自己发展的空间测试设置A、B两卷，要求、难度有所不同；或进行一试两卷：A卷为基础达标题，人人需做；B卷为综合测试，能力达标，鼓励学生多做。中下生的分数只做参考，不记入总分；中等偏上学生要求一定要做，以便于挖潜能、培养尖子生、发展能力。教学永远是一门艺术，是教师和学生的心灵沟通和交流，不是单纯地知识的传授。“教无定法”，只要教师用心对待，才会有更多的方法和灵感，那样我们的课堂才会真正有效，我们的教学工作才会游刃有余。
