考勤管理制度(打卡)1 考勤管理制度为规范公司员工劳动纪律，进一步优化公司的管理体系，根据我公司的实际情况，特制定以下规定：一、适用范围本公司内所有员工二、基本定义 ◆迟到：上班时间仍未到岗。 ◆早退：未到下班时间提前离岗。 ◆脱岗：工作时间未经领导批准离开工作岗位。 ◆旷工：无任何手续无故不上班。有下列情况者，均按旷工论处：迟到、早退或脱岗连续超过60分钟；未经准假而不到岗者；不服从工作调动，经教育仍不到岗者；采取不正当手段，涂改、骗取、伪造休假证明者；或违纪、违规行为造成的缺勤；或未办完离职手续而擅自离职的。 ◆考勤统计时间：每月考勤周期按自然月计算，即每月1日至每月最后一日。 ◆考勤是公司人力资源管理的基础性工作，是计发工资、奖金、劳保、福利等待遇的重要依据。

三、工作时间公司标准工作时间为星期一至星期日，一月有四天休息时间由员工自主安排。公司每天标准工作时间为上午7:30—12:00，下午13:30—18:00。公司内的某些特殊岗位可依据工作岗位性质调整上班时间和休息时间，报综合办备案。四、打卡管理长白班人员打卡时间为：上午上班时间为7：00——7:30，下班打卡时间为上午12:00—12:30；下午上班时间为13:00——13:30，下班打卡时间为下午18:00—18:30。 1、特殊岗位也应遵循上下班打卡制度，上班打卡时间为上班前半个小时止上班时间，下班打卡时间为下班时间止下班后半个小时有效。 2、员工应按时上下班，超过上班时间10分钟内为迟到，每次予以罚款50元，超出上班时间30分钟以上考勤，并按时完成当日工资，将扣除半日工资。
