摘 要:以A1-SBA -15为载体,浸渍法制备La /A1-SBA -15改性介孔分子筛催化剂。通过红外光谱分析、X 射线多晶衍射、N 2吸附-脱附、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等分析方法对催化剂进行表征。X 射线多晶衍射表明,La /A1-SBA -15催化剂具有典型的一维六方介孔结构;红外光谱中显示出La —O 键590cm -1特征峰,表明La 元素通过键合进入分子筛;N 2吸附-脱附分析表

明,

La /A1-SBA -15催化剂的孔道分布均匀,平均孔径为2.15nm 。以La /A1-SBA -15催化剂合成棕榈酸甲酯,在n (棕榈酸)?n (甲醇)=1?20、催化剂用量为0.250g (即为棕榈酸质量的5%)和

反应时间330min 条件下,

and its average pore diameter was 2.15nm.The char-acteristic peak at 590cm -1of La /A1-SBA-15cata1yst was ascribed to La —O bonds ,which indicated that 1anthanum entered the framework of A1-SBA-15mesoporous mo1ecu1ar sieve.The effects of reaction condi-tions on cata1ytic activity of La /A1-SBA-15cata1yst for synthesis of methy1pa1mitate were investigated.The resu1ts showed that the yie1d of methy1pa1mitate reached 79.48%under the optima1condition as fo1-1ows :n (pa1mitic acid )?n (methano1)=1?20,cata1yst dosage 0.250g (5%of pa1mitic acid mass ,and reaction time 330min.Key words :cata1ytic chemistry ;A1-SBA-15;1anthanum modification ;cata1ysis ;esterification reaction doi :10.3969/j.issn.1008-1143.2015.01.006
