油气集输系统节能技术综述

摘要:近年来,各个行业、各领域在社会生产实践活动中,把提高能源的利用率,做好节能降耗工作作为重点。油气集输系统在工作过程中消耗大量的能量,而且,随着油田寿命的增加,系统能耗也会不断的增加。介绍了油田油气集输系统的加热炉节能技术、不加热集油及低温集油工艺技术、油气混输技术和高效三相分离技术以及其它一些新兴节能技术。

Energy-saving Technology of Oil-gas Gathering and Transportation System

Abstract: In recent years, various industries and fields in the social production practice,regard the improvement of energy efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction work as the focus. Oil-gas gathering and transportation system consumes large amounts of energy during operation. In addition, as the life-span of oil field increases, the energy consumption of the system will continue to increase. For this kind of phenomenon, some energy-saving technologies of oil-gas gathering and transportation system were introduced, such as heating furnace energy-saving technology, no heating and low temperature oil gathering technology, oil-gas mixed transportation technology, high efficiency three-phase separation technology, and so on.

油气集输系统在油田的生产中起着主导的作用,是开发油田的核心骨干;它的主要任务是负责油田采出液的储存、集中处理和输送,这个过程中会有非常多的热能和电能会被消耗掉,大约是油田作业过程中的30%[1]。油气集输系统总体上可概括为“两高”,即能耗高、油气损耗高[2]。而油气集输系统的能耗的高低直接关系着油田的整体效益的好坏,是油田降耗工作的

重中之重,所以,必须减少油气集输系统的能量消耗,来降低油田的生产成本,增加经济效益。
