化学业务学习笔记 化学中信息技术在教学方法与教学策略中的应用 乾县一中许超超 教学方法是指“为了完成一定的教学目的和任务，师生在共同活动中所采用的方式、手段。既包括教的方法，也包括学的方法，是教法与学法的统一”。根据教学过程中学生认知活动的特点，教学方法可分为讲解演示法、复现法、问题性讲述法、局部探索法和研究法等。根据学生思维形式的特点，教学方法可分为归纳法和演绎法。根据某教学阶段所要实现的基本教学任务，教学方法可分为获取知识的方法、形成技能技巧的方法、运用知识的方法、创造性活动的方法、巩固的方法和检查知识技能的方法等。 教学策略是指“在不同的教学条件下，为达到不同的教学结果所采用的方式、方法、媒体的总和”。教学策略有许多不同的类型。瑞奇鲁斯将教学策略分为组织策略、传递策略、管理策略三类，这是针对传授型教学系统的。袁振国将教学策略分为内容型、形式型、方法型以及综合型。 教学方法是最为具体的、最具有操作性的，在某种程度上也可以看做是教学策略的具体化。但这并不能充分地说明教学方法就受制于教学策略。一种教学方法的成形和使用不可避免地会受到教师的教学策略的影响，但更多地受制于教学原则的指导、教学实践的检验。可以这么说，一种教学方法是在教学原则的指导下，在总结教学实践经验的基础上形成的；而在具体的教学情境下该使用何种教学方法，该如何来组合教学方法服务于教学目标，就涉及了教学策略的层面。 一、信息技术与化学教学整合。 信息技术是当前经济社会发展的趋势和方向，如果你不能够站在这一趋势的前沿，至少跟上这一发展趋势，就会被社会所淘汰，成为一个落伍者。作为教师，如果不能够掌握现代信息技术的应用理论和方法，就会影响到你的教学效率，就会落后于学生，落后于时代，认真学习并掌握信息技术是新时代教师的使命之一。多年来化学教学中，一直坚持信息技术与教学的整合。效果远比不整合强。利用信息技术能极大地扩大教学容量，还能调动学生的各种感官，增强化学教学直观性,提高学生学习化学的兴趣,调动学生积极性，促使学生自己动手展示个性才华等等。 二、对信息技术与课程整合的理解。 对于信息技术与课程整合，许多专家学者都提出了自己的见解。北京师大的何克抗教授认为：“信息技术与课程整合的本质与内涵要求在先进的教育思想、理论指导下，尤其是主导-----主体教学理论的指导下，把计算机及网络为核心的信息技术作为促进学生学习的认识工具与情感激励工具，丰富教学环境的创设工具，并将这些工具全面应用到各科教学过程中，使各种教学资源、各种教学要素和教学环节经整理、组合，相互融合，在整体优化的基础上产生聚焦效应，从而促进传统教学结构与教学模式的根本变革，也就是促进以教师为中心的教学结构与教学模式的变革，从而达到培养学生的创新精神和实践能力的目标”。 他们的说法虽然不同，但具有共同的特点，就是把计算机及网络作为学习的工具，把它作为教学的媒体，实现教学的信息化和现代化，从而培养具有创新型和实践型的能适应时代生产力发展的建设者。我对信息技术与课程整合的理解是将信息技术有机地融合在各学科教学过程中，使信息技术与学科课程结构、课程内容、课程资源以及课程实施等融合为一体，成为与课程内容和课程实施高度和谐自然的有机部分，以便更好地完成课程目标，并提高学生的信息获取、分析、加工、交流、创新、利用的能力，培养协作意识和能力，促使学生掌握在信息社会中的思维方法和解决问题的方法。
