初一英语期末考试成绩分析
1、英语成绩合格率低。
2、各班与各班之间，学生与学生之间很不均衡。
3、学生没有良好的考试习惯，容易犯低级错误等等。面对这不理想的成绩，我们初一英语组全体教师做了认真分析，下面从学生角度和教师方面找了原因，并提出了下一步的打算。
1、学生方面
（1）学生学习很不扎实，浮漂，看看就会坐就错。
（2）部分学生相对基础较差
有的学生英语学科基础相对较差，没有养成良好的英语学习习惯，很难在短期内提高。
学生懒于动手、动脑。
由于传统的教学方式的影响，上课时相当一部分学生只是听老师讲，没有动手、动脑，
导致所学知识一看就懂、一学就会、一做就错。
（3）学生落实不到位
学生对老师课上、课下布置的作业，特别是英语的口头作业，学生不能及时完成或根本不做。
（4）学生计划性和学习效率太低
由于小学和初中学习的方式的差异，许多学生的学习主动性较差，缺乏计划性，从而导致学习效率太低。在有限的时间内不能完成相应内容。从而造成学习拖欠现象。
（5）学生应试能力还不够，规范落实的不好。还没有形成科学的答题习惯；审题不仔
细，答题不严谨，规范性不够。从书写，到答题的规范程度来看都无法达到要求。如：在这
次考试中的作文要求学生根据身份证介绍一个人，结果很多同学却做了个身份证。
2、教师方面
（1）备课要求落实不够精细，特别是备学生方面，没有做到分层教学，目的性较差，
达不到应有的效果。并且在学期初，在授课方面授课起点，和难点把握上不够准确。
（3）利用自习学习英语的学生较少，为解决此问题要求每位任课教师加大作业检
查力度，并及时反馈。提高作业的时效性。从而帮助学生养成良好地独立学习习惯。在这
一点上，刘芳老师做得比较好，他能充分发挥小组长的作用，让学生自己来管学生，独立学习的能力大有提高。我们都应该好好反思一下。
（4）分层教学力度不够
由于学生较多，管理力度存在差异，因此我们以后加强面批、面改作业、谈心交朋友等多种措施，提升其学习成绩
（5）和学生的信息交流不够，导致在课堂教学过程中，课堂效率的提高受到了阻碍，
因此在下一步的教学工作中要搞好信息反馈，及时了解学生的学习情况，便于更好地指导教学。
（6）对学生的学习方法指导和答题方法指导不够。特别是对于初一的学生来说，阅读
理解以及写作都存在许多问题。因此在以后的教学过程中要加强有关方面的指导。
三，今后改进措施：
1、首先应该从心理上增强学生的自信心，多采用鼓励教育方式。这对初一的学生
来说非常重要。抓好基础知识，打牢基本功，为以后的顺利教学做好铺路石。
2、其次，要多看到学生的闪光点，多给以学生微笑和鼓励，使其不要产生对英语学
科的厌倦情绪。减少两极分化现象。老师要充分利用好每一个40分钟，认真备课设计教学过程，组织灵活多样的教学活动，提高学生的学习爱好。同时，我们老师不要放弃每一个差生，这样才能大面积提高教学质量。
3、强化听读练习，努力培养语感。老师在以后的教学中要有意识的加强学生听读能力
的练习和培养。
4、英语老师要多加强彼此之间的交流，交流方法和心得体会，多听课，多学习，增强
自身的综合素质，使教学方法多样化，合理化，把趣味性和实用性紧密结合，努力打造高效
课堂，争取在有限的时间内，让学生获得最大的收益。总之，在下一阶段的学习中我们初一英语备课组各位教师一定发挥我们团结合作精神，一步一个脚印，夯实学生基础，提高学生英语学习兴趣和综合素质能力，争取年终考试取得令人满意的成绩。

三、教学过程及考试中存在的问题 此次考试成绩并没有达到预想的状态，主要有以下几点原因： 1、课堂上教师在讲解知识点和学习方法时，学生学习习惯较差，会听讲及能听懂的学生只占三分之一，农村家长对孩子周末温习及加强英语关注不够。 2、学生在课堂上的听课效率不高，课后没有认真复习及背单词；大部分学生的学习积极性不高，依赖性较强；对所学知识点不懂得基本不发问，学习比较被动；认真背单词的学生又对知识的运用能力较差，不会举一反三；学生在考试时审题不认真，在答题时不讲究技巧；试卷难度部分超出教学大纲要求。 四、今后的教学建议和教学对策 1、应组织英语教师加强理论学习，学习新课程标准，理解新课程标准的要求，了解和研究新的评价机制和命题思路。同时要不断提高教师自身的语言素质。 2、从试卷分析中我们可以看出，基础知识是我们教学的重点，也是学生的弱点，在各种考试中，基础知识都是考查的重点。我们对词汇、短语、句型和语法等基础知识的教学不能仅仅停留在让学生机械记忆阶段，单词、短语的听写和背诵固然必不可少，但更应注重把词汇教学融入特定的语言环境中，强调对基础知识的理解和运用。 3、要重视词汇教学。单词是初一年级教学的重点，只有打好了词汇的基础，才有可能在阅读、写作等方面驾驭自如。但在词汇量较大时，
