Nowadays，there is a provoking social phenomenon widespread in China . The young always give up halfway d ue to something beyond their abilities. Superficially, it seems reasonable, but by weighing in the mind, we find there is an apparent tendency underlying this phenomenon: the lack of determination.
We live in a dynamic world with various difficulties.Some people often feel frustrated by repeated failures even though they do their best to do their work，maybe they don't have a correct self-evaluation or overestimate the difficulties.
