南京外国语学校学习心得体会导读：本文是关于南京外国语学校学习心得体会，希望能帮助到您！ 南京外国语学校学习心得体会 5日下午，我们走进了南京外国语学校仙林分校，南外仙林分校占地广阔，大气得有如一个大学，分东西两个校区。学生有走读有住宿。校舍整齐+,造型有特色，走廊宽大，每幢楼用廊桥相连。教室外部的走廊上以及楼梯的一步步梯阶，处处都是双语甚至三语名人谚语，让学生无时无刻不沉浸在外语环境中。 这所学校是一所由南京外国语学校控股的具有多种经济成份参与的股份制学校，其管理体制为董事会领导下的校长负责制。这一点和二外颇有相似之处。学校设有小学部、中学部（初中、高中）和国际高中部，现有5000余名学生，900多名教职工，外语教师100多人，外籍教师50余人。 南外仙林分校外语教学从初一到高三都实行小班上课、中、外教师执教的模式。其中1-9年级使用《朗文英语》作为精读教材，《典范英语》作为泛读教材，其中《典范英语7》、《典范英语8》分担到初中三个年级使用；《典范英语9》、《典范英语10》分担到高中三个年级使用。由于初、高中的学生正在月考，我们到国际高中部观摩了一节由外教执教的《典范英语》课，因为他们把《典范英语》作为精读课程。外教是一个菲律宾人，备课非常精心，先复习了一些文学写作常识，每个组每个学生都自觉地轮
流起立回答，并没有一两个积极的学生反复发言其他学生漠不关心的情况出现。外教将课文的大意、发展结构和重点细节部分都进行了讲解，并利用图片、道具等手段辅助理解，穿插了各种问题以及学习策略引导。本课最大的亮点在于外教假设了书中的情景在生活中再现，学生应该怎样应对，对这些即将走出国门的学生进行了生活、态度方面的积极引导。课后的作业及测试也是外教一手布置并评价，学生的学习态度都很端正，作业做得非常仔细。 观摩课后该校的分管外语的陈校长和张主任，以及外教老师和我们进行了座谈。介绍了学校的总体情况和外语特色发展。让我们耳目一新，备感震惊： 1. 仙林分校推行特色教学、差异发展的办学思路。办学目标非常明确。学校把外语特色看作是学校发展的核心竞争力，在这一点上全校老师在思想和行动上高度统一。该校的校级领导里有两位外语专业的校长分管外语。下设主任、副主任。从领导组织架构上可以看出该校把外语的发展作为立校之本。 2. 外语特色凸显：所有班级从初一到高三外语上课都是小班，教材自主，多样化，非毕业年级不参加统考，强调培养学生的语言综合运用能力，在过程中不看重分数。 学生出路多样化、多通道。大部分学生选择出国读书，留学国家众多，从美国、英国、澳大利亚到欧洲、日本等。每年参加高考的学生每个班不超过20个人。 3. 开设特色班级、提供丰富的课程资源。普通高中实行小班
