《论语》中的快乐之道 有很多人认为,智慧是上天赐予我们与生俱来的一份礼物,我起初也保持着同样的观点,可在老师的带领和指导下,我学习了《论语》,通过这一个学期的学习,我才明白,真正的智慧应是以一本本好书,是经过一点点经验累积而成的。 每个人都希望能拥有一个幸福的人生,但是随着年龄的增长,我们从家庭走进了学校,从学校走进了社会,慢慢的,我们觉得自己活得越来越累,是因为被很多的重担所压,以至于都没有时间享受,完全是为了学习而学习,为了赚钱而赚钱,甚至不知道学习是为了什么,赚了钱要干嘛,所以会觉得快乐离我们原来越远。 那么快乐的智慧究竟是什么,谁还懂得快乐的真正含义,我们究竟该如何保持快乐呢?在老师带我们学习了《论语》后,我似乎找到了答案。“子曰:‘学而时习之,不亦说乎?有朋自远方来,不亦乐乎?人不知而不愠,不亦君子乎?’”这一句话中,孔子点出了人生三要事,即“学习、交友、调整心态”,这些都是能让你保持快乐的法宝。 “学而时习”就是不间断的学习,时常对所学的知识进行复习,试想如果一个人真真正正陶醉在学海中,那么他就会觉得不间断的学习是一件很快乐的事情,是发自内心对学习的热爱,是能够保持终身学习的坚持,这种精神,不就是现代社会所倡导的吗? “有朋自远方来,不亦乐乎?”一句道明了“交友”对每一个人的重要性,一个人的快乐大多时候都是建立在他人给自己带来的幸福感受,一个人能够有几个知心的朋友,在需要帮助或者想要分享快乐的时候能出现在身边,是何等乐事! “人不知而不愠”是一种善于调整心态的能力。如果你的才能不被人所了解,或者你的作为被人误解,先不要急于表现愤怒,而是要认真思考自己不被人所知的原因。正如孔子说过“君子病无能焉,不病人之不己知也。”病,即“担心”。这句话正好与“人不知而不愠”向照应,前者是表达了心态调整的重要性,后者是告诉人们要完善自己、增强自己的能力,就不用担心别人不了解你了。可见调整心态的智慧是多么重要。 在经过学习后,我懂得了人活着需要一种“能自宽”的调节智慧,从而让自己快快乐乐地过日子。俗语有:“人生不如意事,十之八九。”在现代社会,竞争激烈,生存的压力往往让人喘不过气,许多人都会对自己的生活抱着不满的态度,但是仔细想想,在你遇到不公平的时候,你是否能够用良好的心态来化解自己内心的愤怒,或者是在你认为自己的才能没有被发现而沮丧的时候,你应该想一想,是否有哪些方面还有所欠缺,并没有达到“金子”的程度,你的光芒或许还不足以照亮你自己。 《论语》教会了我们如何保持快乐,只要你参悟了快乐的秘诀,那么你就可以找到最简单最真实的快乐,并且把这份快乐带给身边的每一个人。

TED英语演讲稿 When you are a kid, you get asked this one particular question a lot, it really gets kind of annoying. What do you want to be when you grow up? Now, adults are hoping for answers like, I want to be an astronaut or I want to be a neurosurgeon, youre adults in your imaginations. TED英语演讲稿:给陌生人的情书 i was one of the only kids in college who had a reason to go to the p.o. box at the end of the day, and that was mainly because my mother has never believed in email, in facebook, in texting or cell phones in general. and so while other kids were bbm-ing their parents, i was literally waiting by the mailbox to get a letter from home to see how the weekend had gone, which was a little frustrating when grandma was in the hospital, but i was just looking for some sort of scribble, some unkempt cursive from my mother. and so when i moved to new york city after college and got completely sucker-punched in the face by depression, i did the only thing i could think of at the time. i wrote those same kinds of letters that my mother had written me for strangers, and tucked them all throughout the city, dozens and dozens of them. i left them everywhere, in cafes and in libraries, at the u.n., everywhere. i blogged about those letters and the days when they were necessary, and i posed a kind of crazy promise to the internet: that if you asked me for a hand-written letter, i would write you one, no questions asked. overnight, my inbox morphed into this harbor of heartbreak -- a single mother in sacramento, a girl being bullied in rural kansas, all asking me, a 22-year-old girl who barely even knew her own coffee order, to write them a love letter and give them a reason to wait by the mailbox. well, today i fuel a global organization that is fueled by those trips to the mailbox, fueled by the ways in which we can harness social media like never before to write and mail strangers letters when they need them most, but most of all, fueled by crates of mail like this one, my trusty mail crate, filled with the scriptings of
