【摘要】基于定量仿真的故障诊断,是维护复杂模拟电路可靠性的重要途径之一.电路仿真的一项核心技术和关键问题是元件正常/故障状态的仿真建模,针对这一问题,以SPICE模型为基础,提出了非线性元件的分段线性化建模方法和储能元件处理方法,提出了控制元件的功能建模方法,研究了复杂电路系统中元件的分层建模和故障建模方法.以上方法降低了电路分析的计算量,提高了运算速度,改善了收敛性.仿真实例验证了所用建模方法在复杂模拟电路系统仿真中的工程适用性.%Fault diagnose of circuits based on quantitative simulation is an important method for the reliability maintenance of complex circuit systems. In circuits' quantitative simulation, simulative modeling for normal and fault states of components is a key technology and difficult problem. Aimed at this problem, piecewise-linear modeling method for nonlinear components and processing method for energy storage components are proposed based on their SPICE models. Function modeling method for control components is presented. The level modeling and fault modeling methods for components of complex circuit systems are studied. These above methods result in less calculation, faster operation speed, better convergence. Simulation experiment validates the engineering applicability and effectiveness of
