Ways for you to keep cool all day long
Drink up!
If you play sports or run around in the sun, your body loses a lot of water. You need to replace it. When you exercise on a hot day, drink 2-4 glasses of cool water each hour. Drin k all the time; don’t wait until you’re thirsty to start. Make sure the drinks aren’t too cold. They could give you stomach cramps(绞痛) .

Staying in air-conditional places is a good way to beat the heat. Electric fans(电扇) are OK if the temperature is below 30. A cool shower or bath is another way to cool off. Don’t eat hot foods or big meals－they make your body hotter.
Take it easy
When having fun in the sun, you had better start slowly. Your body needs time to adjust(调整) to the heat. If you feel uncomfortable in the sun, you should find a cool place to rest. And rest often; your body needs it. Also, try doing more exercise. A strong body will let you adjust to temperature change more easily.
Stay cool- not cold
Your body doesn’t like to move from a very hot place to a very cool place quickly.
If you move often from a place with a temperature of less than 25 degrees Celsius to find a safe way to use it. Don’t use it too often or too much. And don’t set it below 25 degrees. T hen you will be cool and healthy.
