剖析上海轨道交通枢纽型商业中心

【摘要】通过对上海交通枢纽型商业中心进行实地考察与调研,分别就区域型商业中心、城市门户型商业中心、城市副中心型商业中心、交通沿线型社区商业中心四类交通枢纽型商业中心进行详细讨论,提出在交通枢纽型商业中心方兴未艾的新形势下,主体功能须符合商业在城市规划中的定位,按照商业规律实现商业交通一体发展,重点讨论了枢纽商业中心开发的三个方式.
