【摘要】Purpose] study on knee joint Mr Imaging parameter with the sound using magnetic resonance imaging technology. [Method] studies on anatomical structures of the knee, based on clinical knee ligaments, meniscus, articular cartilage, bones and muscles, different requirements, select the appropriate position, the scan sequence and the scan parameters, match three in an optimal way, and attention problems in scanning, provide better image quality.[Results] with good position, the scan sequence and the scan parameters, time can save about half, better magnetic resonance imaging done faster. [Conclusion]within a certain range, you can change the scan parameters of MRI, scans the image spatial resolution and signal-to-noise ratio, people are indistinguishable to the naked eye, you can take advantage of that sequence orientation optimization of the scan, scan, scan parameters.% 目的探讨膝关节成像参数配合,合理使用磁共振检查技术。方法研究膝关节的解剖结构情况,依据临床对膝关节中韧带、半月板、关节软骨、骨骼和肌肉等的要求不同,选择合适的扫描方位、扫描序列和扫描参数,把三者以最优的方式搭配起来,并注意扫描存在的问题,为临床提供更好的图像质量。结果搭配好扫描方位、扫描序列和扫描参数,时间可以节省一半左右,更好更快地完成
