高职考英语总复习 近年来，国家在大力发展中等职业技术教育的的同时，高等职业教育也有了不小的发展。千千万万的中职毕业生通过“高职考试”圆了大学梦，我们把“升学”与“就业”叫做中职毕业生“成才立交桥”。拿我校来说，近五年以来，每年约有40%的高三学生选择参加高考复习班，他们中90%以上都能如愿以偿的考上各类本、专科高职院校，我校已有数百毕业生在高等继续深造。 一个明显的事实是：高职考试中英语的比重很大，而阶段学生学习英语很吃力，教师在复习英语的教学中也常常感到无所适从或力不从心，于是，英语成了学生顺利通过高职考试的的“拦路虎”。记得2000年以前，高职考试文化课是考语文、数学、政治三科，不考英语。那一年春天，学校接到上级通知说取消政治，改考英语的时候，我校那一届高考班的学生被吓退了一半，学生说“考英语就死定了”，很多学生带着无比的遗憾离开了高考复习班。可以说，在职业中学，英语是学生难学，教师难教，以至于有些技校根本不开设英语课。 那么，职高的英语教学是否真的无药可救呢笔者连续五年参与了学校的高考复习班的英语教学工作，在实践中学习，在摸索中总结，积累了一些经验与教训，现将有关点滴想法归结如下，敬请各位老师和同行批评指证。 一、树立自信心，找准英语应试的突破口。 1、树立信心。职高学生的英语基础不分地域，不论性别，错七不错八，都好不到哪儿去，否则这些学生不会选择读职高或技校。即使有个别英语基础稍好一点的学生，也往往是行为习惯有问题的学生。因此，普高的英语教学模式只可借鉴，不可照搬。课堂要求、教材处置、作业与测验都要有一套职教的特色。教好职高的英语，教师是关键。学生喜欢他们的老师，良好的师生关系是教学出成果的前提。大多数职高学生都是初中学习的“失败者”，中学应试教育的牺牲品。他们在学习上的自信心早在初中时代就已经磨灭殆尽了。因此，作为教师，尊重学生人格、发现学生优点、多表扬少批评，让学生重新捡回自信，这是教学的首要任务。这个任务非一朝一夕能完成，教书和育人不分家啊！当然，让学生树立学习信心的前提是我们的老师对自己的教学要有信心，对我们自己的学生要有信心。不是说：“没有学不好的学生，只有不会教的老师”吗学生的信心源于教师，教师的信心源于对《考纲》的准确把握和切合中职学生实际的因材施教的教学。近几年来，我校参加高职考试，学生的英语平均成绩每年都在提高，而且每年都有一百三十分左右的分数出现，这个数字接近成都市同类职高的最高分，去年曾志伟同学英语考了132分，（总分603分），是四川省财经专业的第二名。 2、选准突破点口。研究《考试大纲》，不难发现，高职英语的突破点在于阅读理解和书面表达。而这两项应试能力都可以通过大量针对性的模拟训练得到有效提高。关于阅读，我让学生每堂课定时训练，10分钟时间，读一篇200—300词的短文，然后作5个小题。关于书面表达，每周让学生做一篇训练，老师逐一批改纠正。经过一学期的训练，学生的这两项能力定能大面积提高，在这个过程中，学生的自信心会加强，班上的学习气氛日浓。 二、三轮复习法，分三个阶段参开考前总复习。 “三轮复习法”，这个名词是很十多年前我在大弯中学读书的时候我的老师提出来的
