九年级英语教学质量分析报告一、试卷评价本次九年级英语试卷紧扣教材，题量适中，难易适中，重点考查学生的语言基础知识和学生运用语言的能力，注重保护学生学习英语的兴趣。主要设置了听力部分、笔试部分，其中笔试部分包括单项选择、完型填空、阅读理解、应用写作等题型。试题的设计较全面地体现了新课程的要求，根据学生的认知特点以及高中教育阶段学校招生选拔的要求，试卷知识面广，题型新颖、灵活多样，题型难易程度及题材量适合大部分学生，不仅考查学生对基础知识和基本技能的掌握情况，同时注意对学生的思维方式、应变能力等灵活运用的技能。 2、学生状况分析、总体情况总人数31人，平均分42.53分，3人及格、及格率约10%，优秀率0，在片区8个教学班中站位第4，在5个学校中站位第3.学生卷面书写较为工整，学生对单词的掌握运用情况不是很扎实。从考试中发现，部分学生的做题习惯不好，不能仔细读题。从学生的答题中看出还有部分学生字母的书写还有问题。对话连线很多学生出错，说明学生不能举一反三的将课本知识活用在生活中。今后在课堂上尽量创设更多的情景把前后知识交融在一起组织学生进行对话口语练习。

2、出错较多的题目分析（1）听力部分对于学生来说难度较大出错率较高。（2）选出单词用法及变形运用的单词，学生出错率高主要原因是学生对单词的掌握不牢固。（3）对完型填空和首字母写单词及变形应用的题型，学生容易出错，由于学生的单词及语法、上下文联系始终掌握不住方法。（4）阅读理解最容易失分，主要原因是单词量相当一部分学生达不到要求，更重要的是阅读能力特别差，不知道从文中找答案，往往凭印象瞎猜。三、对提高学生综合素质的分析 .发现的问题作为教师，我们有责任使每个学生学好英语。首先，要明确初中英语的教学目的.使学生获得一些英语的感性认识，激发他们学习英语的兴趣和培养能力，使学生敢于大胆开口说英语,打下较好的语音、语调,养成良好的学习习惯，为进一步学习英语奠定初步的基础。通过这次考试，我总结了一些经验和教训：我自身的原因:教学方法、形式有所变化，但还是较单一，主要还是老师单纯讲解、学生听，练习仍是老师单纯叫、学生答，那些“优秀生”听得进去、做得下来，而有的学生对你的课就置若罔闻了。

五年级英语期末试卷分析这学期我在学校领导的正确领导下，和孩子们紧张而忙碌，轻松愉快的学习气氛中结束了五年级英语教学工作。以下是我对卷面的分析：一、试题的特点: 试卷中能充分体现考查学生基础知识为主要目标的命题原则，坚持依据于课本，但又避免教材中机械的知识，突出考查了学生的语用能力和交流能力，并兼顾了对学生的实践创新能力的考查。题型中有对词汇、句型结构的考查，又有对日常交际用语及初步语法知识的考查。对于一些学生必须掌握的基础知识作为重点考查的内容，因为这些知识的掌握能更好地为今后的学习打下坚实的基础。二、答题情况分析试题结构稳定。本次试卷同往年一样，从听力（30）和笔试（70）两方面进行考察。（1）听力部分听力测试旨在考查学生听音、辨音及听力理解和快速反应能力。满分为30点，共三个大题，分别为:第一题，听音，选单词；第二题，听问句，排序号；第三题，听音，选答语。从整体来看，听力部分得分率相对来说比较高，失分较多的是第三大题听问句选答句，这是听力中的一个难点，学生有的不能领会录音内容中的关键信息点，对四会句子的掌握不扎实。（2）笔试部分笔试部分主要考查学生的语言基础知识（单词）和基本技能（阅读理解能力）。从整体来看，第四题词汇找不同类大部分做的很好，一部分孩子学习意识薄弱的本体做的一般。在第五题上失分惨重虽然共五分字母组合的发音掌握的一般，学生对语音词汇的掌握不够扎实。第六大题是囊括了本册书的语法知识，考察学生对单词，句型，特殊疑问句等方面的记忆情况，从得分率来看，学生的综合能力差。造成这种情况的原因有很多，一是学生本身的学习意识影响了单词的记忆，二是学生的懒惰，懒于记忆单词，三是答题时太粗心。第七大题是单词适当形式填空，这是整张试卷失分最严重的一题。本题在平时教学中没有练习过，让很多中下学生乱了阵脚，得分率相当的低，大部分学生都在该题上失分了。一些学生连经常用到的be动词都不会写了。第八大题排列句子的顺序，排列句子本身就有一定难度，再加上这个大题中又出现了两个学生很容易混淆的句子，所以难度就更大了，得分率也不高。第九题是根据汉语选句子。本题丢分不是很严重。个别学生在there be 句型也就是本题的第四小题丢分了。第十大题阅读判断，应该来说文章并不难，大部分学生只要认真阅读短文，就能在原文中找出正确答案。但很多学生缺乏关键信息的捕捉能力和整合能力，因此失分的很多，得分率很低。三、不足之处班级后进学生严重脱轨，平时缺乏系统性的补救措施。由于班级多，落后学生多，造成后进学生恶性循环，一节脱一节。他们中多数能认读，就是不会写。缺少写的时间。学生缺少写的练习，一个星期三节课，课课都在赶进度，学生书写练习动脑思考的时间都无法保证。造成很多学生只会读不会做题目的原因之所在。

英语质量分析报告本次的英语期末考试相对于期中考试来说，各年级的英语成绩都有所进步，无论是平均分、及格率还是优秀率上都有不小的提高，在一些新题型上学生已能较好的完成答题。例如：在本次的书写同类单词这一题上学生在给出的三个单词的基础上能熟练的写出一个同类的词，给出green 、blue 、pink 的基础上学生能熟练写出black、white 、red 等；在看图写单词这一题上只有个别生丢分，绝大多数学生都能熟练正确的写出来；在搭配短语或根据所给中文翻译英文，给出英文翻译中文意思这一题时，失分很少；在听单词选择、听句子选择、听音标号这些题型上丢分较少，这说明在平时的教学单词，句子的教学是十分到位的，学生掌握得很牢固、做题时能够熟练的应用，在根据情景选择正确的交际用语这一题上，失分也很少，学生能根据所见的情景选择正确的交际用语，这说明学生能在具体的情景中灵活的运用所学的句子。本次考试中还存在着许多的不足：例如学生的书写还不是让人看了是那样的美观，整齐，在平时教学过程中还要不断地严格要求学生使之养成良好的书写习惯，尤其是卷面书写上要严格要求，使卷面美观，整齐；在阅读方面学生丢分比较严重，说明学生还未养成良好的阅读习惯，在阅读的方法上还需要教师进行指导，形成学生自己的阅读技巧，在遇到此类题是有法可依；在完成较容易的题时，学生虽然会做，但学生没有仔细认真地学习习惯，经常会出现书写上的错误，但实际上学生会做，但经常在容易上的题上丢分，而在较难的题型上

却能认真地踏实的去做，在考试的过程中完成卷子后没有良好的检查习惯，使考试中有无为的丢分；尤其在个别生身上，再复习中单词、句子都是难点，在平时教学虽能照顾到全体，但巩固做得还不够，在平时教学中对个别生常抓不懈，注重个别生的教学。根据这次期末考试的状况，虽然比期中考试有所进步，复习得比较全面，但是问题还依然存在，我们教研组根据这次考试的具体情况制订了下一学期的具体教学措施：在进行课堂教学时，不单局限于课堂中口语，表演，课文单词的教学，在每课提出本课的知识点，在每堂课上进行5分钟的小测，检测本课所学的知识，学生背不下单词我们可以让他填出所缺字母，对本课的功能句我们也可以让他进行排序，或者在和以前所学的句子进行比较选择答语，这样在学习知识我们给学生具体呈现出知识点以后出现的题型是什么，并且提高学生平时的警惕性，使他们在平时在知识进行积累，是知识在平时达到巩固，反复的进行练习，得到强化。在个别生身上出现的问题，教师要从学期初就开始重视，训练自己的小助手。在以后的教学中我们会努力进取，争取更好的成绩。
