本课教材教育学生如何运用正确的学习方法进行学习,培养适合自己的学习策略,让学生能够学会反思自己学习的效果。因此,在这份教案设计的开始,我努力从学生的实际情况出发,从平常他们所常用的英语学习方法入手,激发学生思维,培养学生的学习兴趣。同时让学生可以进行角色扮演,这种扮演和被扮演的角色,可以是他们的知识得到拓展,同时生动有趣的英文歌曲和英文影片是学生融学习于乐趣当中去。

在整个教案设计中,我遵循以学生为主体的原则,创设宽松、和谐、民主的学习氛围,把“一言堂”变成“群英会”。从导入至任务的设计都最大限度地发挥学生参与的程度。整节课中,我在注重传授知识与培养学生自主学习能力的同时,还注重对学生进行情感、态度、价值观的培养,树立学生的自主和合作学习意识,给学生以正确的导向。另外,听、说、讨论、歌唱、采访等丰富多彩的教学形式,为学生提供了展示的舞台,创设了表现的天地,让学生的环保意识形成于无拘无束中,让学生的人生素养提高于不知不觉中。

“得法于课内,延伸于课外”,通过对英语学习方法的掌握,使学生懂得的学习的困难可以用不同的方法得到解决,希望他们在生活中遇到的困难可以努力去排除。

九年级英语教师年度工作总结 反思九年级这一年的工作,我深深感到:中考是检验学生和教师三年来的教和学的情况,九年级是整个初中阶段的重要一年,也是出成果的一年。为了使学生在英语这门学科上在中考中取得优异的成绩,在教学中我一直坚持学校的高效课堂教改,效果不错,中考中,我校英语有十三名学生满分,我教的两个班有七名,我教的班级也取得了较好的成绩,成绩出来后,学生感受到了成功的喜悦。在欣喜过后,我进行了冷静的反思,为以后的教学工作积累一些经验。 英语教学和其他学科一样,有严谨的系统性和连贯性。学生在初一、初二段所获得的语言技能,能否在初三年级得到继续发展,是防止分化的一个问题。这就给教师提出了更高的要求。教师要力求把教学搞“实”、搞“活”,课堂要讲究实际效果,把高效课堂改革和课程标准为具体的要求,落实到教和学上,对每课时的教学计划逐项落实。它所谋求的不仅是学生综合运用英语的能力,还要使学生通过英语学习在情感、素养和学习能力等方面得到发展。通过教师灵敏的反应,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,而且使教师自己走出了困境,活跃了学生的学习热情,也对学生做出了应有的赞赏,提高了学生学习英语的积极性。 一、树立信心,明确目标 这一年中,我认为信心是动力,目标是方向。初三英语生词多,课文长而且难,听、说、读、写要求高。每节课前,我早早的预测学生在学习中将会遇到许多困难,因此,信心十足,目标明确是成功地进行英语教学的一个重要因素。教师要上好课。即要备好课,吃透教材,抓住重点、难点,做到有的放矢,教师又要提高授课的效率,注重授课的艺术,活跃课堂气氛,激发学习兴趣,采用灵活多变的教学方法。通常我都是通过课前严格检查学案,督促学生课前预习和复习,使他们的英语学习不盲目。同时我给学生明确各阶段的学习目标,与学生共同制定一个切实可行、周密有效的计划,并制定相应的措施来保证目标的实施,我还加大了督促检查的力度,并在此基础上进行总结。通过和学生谈话,帮助学生找准自己努力方向,确定奋斗的目标。一年中,我尽了自己最大能力去关心学生,尤其差生,我不歧视他们,通过交谈更多的了解、鼓励他们,和他们交朋友,这样提高了他们的学习自信心和学习热情,让他们在自信中学习,在快乐中进步。对于尖子生,我与学生及家长共同研究,详细地制定了奋斗目标。这一年我感到:在教学过程中,注意思想教育与知识教学互相渗透,寓思想素质教育于知识教育之中是非常必要的。我经常向学生讲述中国经济的迅猛发展急需大量的外语人才、国家的发展更需要更多的人会讲英语等,让学生认识到学英语的重要性,鼓励学生树立远大的理想,努力学好英语。 二、夯实基础,综合提高 在基础复习阶段,我和全组老师一起认真地学习研究近几年的中考试题和新课标,制订复习计划,认真地讨论中考的方向,分析学生的现状,针对不同层次的学生制订不同层次的复习计划。我在抓牢基础复习阶段中,针对中等生和后进生,重点落实高频词常见短语,及常见句型。对于尖子生,我要求他们掌握所有的词,所有的短语,及重点句型的熟练运用。在语法项目方面,我们配有相应的训练,使得学生们在基础知识方面更加的熟练于心,使他们的阅读、写作方面有很大的提高,所以在这个阶段,既要把握基础知识的熟练广度的训练,还要在阅读训练上有所突破,我和组内的老师们整合了近几年来的中考题及模拟题来训练学生,使得学生在心理上对阅读有信心,使他们掌握不同题型的答题方法,有效的保证能力的提高。学生们对自己的英语更加有信心了,同时在教学中,我把增强学生战胜中考的信念渗透在每节课上。初三英语学习主要是以深化基础知识为主。英语学习要抓住“双基”,即基础知识、基本技能。还要抓全面,一是指学习要全面覆盖所学知识,不遗漏任何一个知识点,二是要面向全体学生。查缺补漏后,学生的基础知识已比较全面、系统、完整。但是对于重点内容还要以专
