二级圆柱齿轮减速器的模糊优化设计

摘要 遵循二级圆柱齿轮减速器设计的一般原则(各级传动的承载能力大致相等;在一定承载能力下,减速器具有最小的外形尺寸和重量;各级传动中大齿轮的浸油深度大致相等),对二级圆柱齿轮减速器进行多目标优化设计。单目标优化采用自编复合形法优化程序寻优。再应用模糊数学的贴近度概念对减速器进行多目标寻优,即将理想解和有效解均视为目标函数空间上的模糊子集,分别求出各理想解与有效解的贴近度,贴近度最大的那个有效解便是多目标问题的最优解。实践证明,此法是减速器优化设计的一种好方法。

Multi-objective optimization of a two-stage cylindrical gear reducer is carried out in accordance with the fundamental design principle of the reducer, that is, the capacities of the gear drive at different stages are roughly the same; for a certain capacity, the reducer is of the minimum size and weight; the oil-immersing depth of the big gears in every drive stage is roughly the same. The single-objective optimization is carried out with a self-compiled complex method optimal program. On the basis of the single-objective optimization, the multi-objective optimization is made with the application of the concept of approximative degree in fuzzy mathematics, that is, both the ideal solution and the significant solution are regarded as fuzzy sub-set in the target function space, and the approximative degrees of all the significant solutions to the ideal solutions are worked out respectively. The significant solution with the maximum approximative degree is the optimal solution to the multi-objective problem. It has been proved in practice that the method is feasible for the optimal design of gear reducers.
