精密离心机自动动平衡新方法的研究

摘要使用计算机,从数据的采集、处理到控制动平衡执行机构,实现 了精密离心机现场高精度调平衡的自动化。精密离心机动平衡系统由两个测试面(每个测试 面上放置两个电容测微仪)、测角元件及两个校正面(每个校正面上放置四个平衡块及相应的 步进电动机)构成。电容测微仪测得上下测试面处的振动矢量,上下测试面振动矢量之和的 相位是静不平衡的相位。通过多次移动平衡块减小静不平衡,测得每次移动平衡块后上下测 试面 的振动矢量,直至上下测试面振动矢量的大小相等且方向相反为止,这时的静不平衡为零, 只有偶不平衡作用在转子上。通过多次移动平衡块减小偶不平衡,直至达到动平衡精度要求 为止。

NEW METHOD FOR RESEARCH ON THE AUTOMATED DYNAMIC BALANCE OF THE PRECISION CENTRIFUGE

The on the spot balance adjustment with high precision is achieved by applying a computer on the data acquisition, the data process and the control of the execu ting mechanism of the dynamic balance system.The dynamic balance system of the p recision centrifuge is composed of two measuring planes (each plane mounts two c apacitance transducers),angle measuring unit and two correcting planes (each pl ane mounts 4 balance blocks and their corresponding stepping motors). The vibrat ion vectors on the measuring planes are measured by their capacitance transducer s, the phase of the composite vector of the two vibration vectors on the two mea suring planes is the phase of the station unbalance. The decrease of the static unbalance is realized by moving the balance blocks many times, each time the vib ration vectors on the two planes are measured after moving the balance blocks ti l l the phases of two vectors are negative and the amplitudes of the two vectors a re equal, while the static unbalance is 0, only the couple unbalance exists on t he rotor. The precision of the dynamic balance can attain by means of decreasi ng the couple unbalance through moving the balance blocks many a time.
