Analysis of the Teaching Material The song …Merrily? is the third part of unit 1, but the second lesson of it. So the Ss have learned the new words last class. Most of words of the song are not strange to them. This song mainly contains two parts which about flying a kite and riding a bike. The word …merrily? maybe a little difficult for them to master the pronunciation.
Analysis of the students Most of the Ss in this class are very active and they enjoy learning songs very much. Particularly, they like learning the language by making some special actions. Most of them enjoy sharing their performance to others. But it?s difficult for them to concentrate themselves on the class for a long time.
