Good morning everyone, I’m glad to stand here and give you a speech.

1. As we all know, China has 56 nationalities and each nation has its own specific traditional costumes, like Korean，Tibetan，Hui，Mongolian and Manchu. Han nationality has the largest number of the Chinese people. So what is Han People’s traditional clothes”

2. Cheongsam Or the nowadays T-shirt？No! We have our clothes.

3. It’s called Hanfu . It's the traditional costume that has been worn by Han people .

4. However, it’s sad to know that a lot of people don’t know Hanfu nowadays. When a person who is dressed in Hanfu walked down the street , some people may think it is a kimono or a Hanbok. What’s more, there were even some people who asked the person to take off the clothes and burned it with fire. How ridiculous!

5. Now let me introduce our Han people’s traditional clothes to all of you. Hanfu, means "Clothing of the Han people "in Chinese. It refers to

the pre-17th century traditional clothing of the Han Chinese .It has the history of more than 3000 years. And it influenced Japanese kimono and Kroean hanbok.

6. Hanfu is wrapped around the body with the left side over the right, which just looks like the letter ‘y’ when seen from the front. But there are also other kinds of collars.

Hanfu（汉服）has many patterns. Ruqun（襦裙）is worn by women.

7. When its collar likes the letter “y”,we can called it Jiaolingruqun(交领襦裙).

8. If its collar likes the number“11”,we can called it duijiuqun（对襟襦裙).

9. When it is classified by its height of the skirt，we can called it qiyaoruqun（齐腰襦裙）——Which waistband is on the waist.

10. Or qixiongruqun（齐胸襦裙）——Which waistband is above the chest .

11. There is another kind of Hannfu. When its edge is bent ,we can call it Quju(曲裾)

12. As we can see, Hanfu has many features , like curve, graceful ,elegant, generous and unfettered.

13. According to the Han people’s tradition，there are many important days. One the day you are 15（for girls） or 20（for boys）.We will hold a ceremony to celebrate to be an adult. And remember the responsibility.

14. Nowadays, many people love our traditional culture , so they wear Hafu, found clubs, hold activities and so on. This summer, Chengdu’s Cherry Blossom Festival, a little girl who dressed in Hanfu left a deep impression on visitors . Here are some pictures of her. She is really cute, isn’t she

15. Chinese civilization, also called "Hua-Xia" . "Hua" means the beauty of the dress and

decoration which is Hanfu clothing; "Xia"("Shia") is the grandeur of rites and social conduct. And Hanfu reflects the philosophy of Chinese people: Living elegantly and poetically.

I like Hanfu, so today I’m not just telling you

a type of clothing called Hanfu. I hope more and more people focus on our traditional culture and don’t let such precious and beautiful things disappeared. OK , that’s all what I want to say, thank you.

1、History（历史）

A：Hanfu（汉服） is the traditional costume that has been worn by Han Chinese people for approximately 5000 years. It is believed to have been worn by the early leader of China, Huangdi. It's the significant cultural symbol of Chinese civilization

2、Han Dynasty（汉代）

A：The Han dynasty praised highly of zhou li zhi(周礼制），so Han Closes was spread in the whole country.

B：Han dynasty was a dynasty whose conception of centralization was the most early, most complete, most advancing, most powerful. (汉朝的中央集权的国家概念最早，最完备，最先进，最强大。）

C：Han nationality was named after Han dynasty . Han Clothes was named after Han dynasty too.

3、Disaster for Hanfu （汉服的灾难）

A：However, it has been eliminated during the establishment of Qing Dynasty (the Manchu minority ruled dynasty) in about 300 years. The ruling class of Manchu banned Han Chinese clothing and replaced it with their own costume. This is why today's Chinese national

costume was widely known as Qipao (Chi-Pao), a Manchu style of clothing. B：Qing wanted ordered people must wear their nation’s clothes . C：If someone did not obey the law ，he would be killed, since then Han Costume was not worn by People.

4、Zhongyi(中衣)

Hanfu（汉服）has many （中衣）is usually worn inside,which like a in the house as pajamas,,it’s white or other plain colour.

5、Ruqun（襦裙）

Hanfu（汉服）has many （襦裙）is worn by women. A：When its collar likes the letter “y”,we can called it Jiaolingruqun(交领襦裙).If its collar likes the number“11”,we can called it duijiuqun（对襟襦裙).

6、Shenyi（深衣） Shenyi（深衣）is usually worn as

a full dress(礼服),which we can wear on Chinese holiday and some important its edge is bent ,we can call it Quju(曲裾).If its edge is straight，it’s called

Zhiju(直裾).And they can both worn by women and men.

7、Zhiduo(直裰)

Zhiduo(直裰)is worn by men. It’s a kind of gown(长袍) which kicks pleat(开叉)on both sides. It’s popular among intellectuals(书生) in Ming now it’s still worn by Taoist(道士) so it also can be colled Daopao(道袍). 8、Zhaoshan（罩衫）

Zhaoshan（罩衫）is a kind of coat which has two sleeve and long there is chalaza(系带)in the can be long or short.

9、Duanda(短打)

Hanfu（汉服）has many (短打) or Shuhe(裋褐) is a kind of Hanfu,which is really can be worn in daily you go hiking or do some muscular ’s more, it is worn by kids. 10 、Ceremony

According to the Han people’s tradition，there are many important as wedding ceremony.

成童礼 One the day you say good bye to your when you are 10 or 12 years ’s depends on your hometown’s costume. 成人礼 One the day you are 15（for girls）or 20（for boys）.We will hold a ceremony to celebrate remember the responsibility.

婚礼Which are hold in the ’s usually once for the are three kinds of Hanfu for couples.

Good morning guys,my name is leiyunge and i come from landscape architecture is my honor to give you a speech here today.

And the topic i’d like to introduce to you is Hanfu.

Hanfu does’nt mean the clothing in han dynasty,but the clothing for han it’s history can date back to the yellow emperor lasts more than 3000 years and didn’t disappear until the manchu ruled ’s to say,the cheongsam,the Chinese tunic suit all can not be calles Hanfu is the clothing for we han nationality.

What’s more, Hanfu is often ragarded as hanbok or fact,hanbok and kimono do have some similarities with two chlothing are introduced to their own country from ’s have a look.

The hanbok’s prototype is aoqun ,aoqun is a common type in hanfu,and it is most prosperous in ming dynasty.

The kimono’s prototype is ruqun,ruqun’s most popular period is in tang dynasty.

I do really hope after my short explaination,you gus can have a rough understanding between hanfu and hanbok an kimono.

I also hope One day in the futuru ,when you see someone wearing hanfu in the street,you will not have a mistake about what they are wearing.

At last ,i’d like to show you two kinds of hanfu.

The first is aoqun,it is very common and it is available for every season.

The second is ruqun ,we can always see it in ancient costume drama,but differet from aoqun,pepole used to wear it in summer and never wear it in winter.

Hello, everyone!I’m glad to give my presentation here. Today, my topic is about Hanfu.

（切换幻灯片到2）Before starting my topic, there are some questions. How will you introduce our nation And What do you think is our traditional costume Is Cheongsam（旗袍） Or Tangsuit（唐装） Or you just say "Sorry, I don't know“or "Do we have traditional

costume" Well, it's awkward, right Remember it. （切换幻灯片到3）Our name is Han. Our language is Chinese. Our words is the Chinese characters...Then ,if there is an article of clothing that only belongs to the Han nationality...We should call it Hanfu!

So there comes the question——what is Hanfu （切换幻灯片到4）Hanfu（汉服） is the traditional costume that has been worn by Han Chinese people for approximately 5000 refers to the pre-17th century traditional clothing of the Han it influenced Japanese kimono（和服） and Korean hanbok（韩服）.

Hanfu has many sorts, for example, （切换幻灯片到5）this is Ruqun. It is worn by women. And Ru is one kind of short clothes, and Qun is one kind of skirt. There are many sorts of Ruqun, too. Such as Jiaolingruqun,whose collar likes the letter “y” while the one whose collar likes the number “11” called duijiuqun, and so on.

（切换幻灯片到8）Hanfu is believed to have been worn by the early leader of China, Huangdi. The history has such record “黄帝垂衣裳而制天下”. He made the original rules of Hanfu.

Since then, Hanfu became the clothing of Huaxia. And during the slave society and feudal society, Hanfu was changed and developed more, but the fundamental appearance didn't change.

But there came the crisis.

（切换幻灯片到9）In 1618, Manchu invaded and occupied the land of Ming dynasty. In 1644, Qing dynasty ruled the state. Since then, all civilization of Han was in recession, including Hanfu.

replace the Han system. At that period, Hanfu was forbidden to wear and more than 50 million Han Chinese people were killed because of ignoring the rules. So under the cruel social system, Han people couldn’t choose but to obey the order. From then, Hanfu left the historical stage and became not popular.

This year, in the MagpieFestival, the fans of Hanfu gathered in Beijing and join the activities about that. They all wore Hanfu, in many different styles. When I saw the report on the Internet, you know,

Asfaithful fans ofancientry, the sense of pride hit me and it made me be more eager for joining in them to contribute my slight strength on reviving traditional civilization.

I dream of wearing Hanfu anywhere proudly. Yes, it can be very in convenient sometimes, but after all, it’s our clothing. Whatever how the times has changed, Hanfu relies on its own charm to stand on historical stage. Suchexcellent civilization shouldn’t be flooded.

When you listen to the song hongyanjie, what 's the first thing comes into your mind Kinds of beautiful ladies. ancient China with its beautiful clothes. In TV But look at us, can you feel traditional culture atmosphere with the cloths we wearing Can you imagine preform jing hong dance with the clothes we wear Most people think Tangzhuang represent the traditional Chinese garment. But Hanfu we Han people wear has a recorded history of more than 3000 years and long than tangzhuang. Today, I will show you the development of

Hanfu in nowadays.

Let’s start with the disadvantages to revive Hanfu. The movement gets many pressures generally from many people do not support and government’s ignorance. People do not support the revival of Hanfu because they don’t know the history of Hanfu and do not know to appreciate the beautiful design structure of Hanfu.

Come to the history of Hanfu, at the origin of ancient China, we call it Huafu named by Huangdi as national identity Huaxia mingzu. From that, Emperor Yao and Shun ruled the country with the help of cloth system. In another word, cloth system stand for set of etiquette. The Shang dynasty (1600BC-1000BC) developed it in many aspects. What’s more, the Emperor Qin shihuang unify huafu system and provided a clothes model for rest dynasty. Finally, Hanfu was named by ethic minorities to distinguish their clothes Hufu. That is to say, the traditional clothes of Han people is Hanfu rather than Tangzhuang for man people.

Many people do not know how to appreciated beautiful structure of Hanfu is another disadvantages to revive Hanfu. From two picture, you know it. Firstly,

shangyi xiashang system is that wear a coat of the upper body and wear a skirt of our lower body.

Secondly, shenxi system is that sew the coat and skirt together. Hanfu is composed by ling jin ren jin ju xiu

jue dai qu. It shows people’s understanding of beauty and courtesy.

We have spoken so far of the reason why Hanfu do not supported by majority in history and structure, but above all it is no specific measures made by government.

China is the only country in the world without national clothes as the same time with long history. The Chinese government ignore the movement until XX Olympic Games, rejected to use Hanfu as the national costume in the opening ceremony. But the Government worry too much to think that the Hanfu revival will lead narrow-mind nationalism.

In discussing the disadvantages of Hanfu revival, we will look advantages in the proceeding.

The advantages of it are more teenagers’involvement and market demanding. The Hanfu movement has begun since XX, when a man named Wang letian wore

Hanfu publicity which echo college students and many universities students have stared Hanfu union wearing Hanfu in their daily life. Baidu Hanfu post become one of the biggest post in the internet. With the more concerning paid on Hanfu, more people want to wear Hanfu as usual 80s、90s in China will be the main force in feature, more people prefer to wear our traditional clothes Hanfu with fashion

elements. In XX Hanfu brand broadcast press "shi li chun qiu", Hanfu designer provide a compound style with modern elements.

Whether Hanfu will be our usual clothes or not is depending on every one.

As we have seen, the long time we haven’t familiar with Hanfu , the more difficult for us to revive Hanfu, but more people are determined to call Hanfu back to our life. I prefer Hanfu living in our life, rather than just live in TV program.
