摘一要一广西某复杂铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石铜二铅二锌二硫二银含量分别为0.64%二0.46%二1.66%二10.08%二33.99

g /t,主要金属矿物为黄铜矿二方铅矿二闪锌矿二黄铁矿,矿石中金属矿物之间共生关系密切二嵌布粒度不均匀三为确定该矿石的高效开发利用工艺,进行了选矿试验三结果表明:在磨矿细度为-74μm 占75%情况下,采用1粗2精2扫铜铅混浮 1粗1精1扫铜铅分离 1粗1精2扫浮锌 1粗1精1扫浮硫流程处理矿石,可获得Cu 品位为23.76%二铜回收率为83.93%二Ag 品位为556.76g /t二Ag 回收率为36.81%的铜精矿,Pb 品位为48.23%二Pb 回收率为64.81%二Ag 品位为1651.76g /t二Ag 回收率为30.49%的铅精矿,Zn 品位为45.81%二Zn 锌回收率为88.49%二Ag 品位为71.34g /t二Ag 回收率为6.69%的锌精矿,以及S 品位为44.75%二S 回收率为81.39%二Ag 品位为37.71g /t二Ag 回收率为20.34%的硫精矿,实现了铜二铅二锌二银二硫的高效综合回收三

Experimental Research on Beneficiation Technology of a Complex Copper-lead-zinc Ore in Guangxi

(Guangxi Metallurgical Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,Nanning 530023,China )Abstract 一A copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore from Guangxi contains Cu 0.64%,Pb 0.46%,Zn 1.66%,S 10.08%,and Ag 33.99g /t.The main metallic minerals are galena,chalcopyrite,sphalerite and pyrite,which are closely symbiotic and unevenly disseminated.The beneficiation process was carried to make efficient development and utilization of the ore.The results show that under grinding fineness of -74m,accounting for 75%,copper concentrate with Cu grade of 23.76%,copper recovery of 83.93%,Ag grade of 556.76g /t,and silver recovery of 36.81%,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 48.23%,lead recovery of 64.81%,Ag grade of 1651.76g /t and silver recovery of 30.49%,zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 45.81%,zinc recovery of 88.49%,Ag grade of 71.34g /t and silver recovery of 6.69%,sulphur concentrate with S grade of 44.75%,sulphur recovery of 81.39%,Ag grade of 37.71g /t,and silver recovery of 20.34%were obtained separately by the process of copper-lead mixed floatation by 1roughing,2cleaning and 2scavenging sweep-copper-lead separation by 1roughing,1clean-ing and 1scavenging,zinc flotation by one roughing,one cleaning and 2scavenging,and sulphur flotation by one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging.The comprehensive recovery of copper,lead,zinc,silver and sulfur has been realized by this process.Keywords 一Copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore,Copper-lead mixed flotation,Separation of copper and lead,New organic depressor FY -12一一铜二铅二锌是3种常用有色金属,广泛应用于电子二冶金二材料等行业三自然界中,单一铜二铅二锌矿石
