概 述
联轴器是用来将原动机所产生的运动和转矩
传递给从动机的装置，同时具有补偿原动机与从
动机之间由于制造误差、安装误差、承载后的变
形以及温度变化的影响等所引起的轴向、径向和
角向偏移的功能。
丹东克隆集团有限责任公司于1990年开始生
产联轴器，十余年来，产品遍及石油化工、冶金、

INTRODUCTION The coupling is a device used to transmit movement and torque from the driving machine to the driven machine to accommodate axial, radial and angular misalignments which occur between driving and driven machinery due to errors in manufacture and mounting load-deformation and temperature variation. 挠性膜片联轴器
工作原理
挠性膜片联轴器的弹性元件是由一定数量的薄金属片叠合成组，膜片有环形、多边、束腰等形式。同一圆周上的精密螺栓交错间隔与主、从动安装盘相连接，这样将弹性件上的弧段分成交错的受拉伸和压缩的几个部分。拉伸部分传递转矩，压缩部分趋向皱折，当机组存在轴向、径向和角向偏移时，膜片一部分伸长，另一部分压缩产生波状变性。设计时以弹性件特定的三个方向的合适刚度来满足机组工况要求。

（300℃以下）或有腐蚀作用场合；

9.可完全满足API671标准。
选型步骤
1.根据主、从动机工作情况选择工况系数K（K值
见附表）。
2.根据下式计算选型扭矩Tc：
Tc = 9550*P*K/n （N.m）
式中：P—传递功率 （KW）
n—传递转速 （rpm）
3.根据Tc值从样本中选出扭矩合适的联轴器型号。
4.复核最大转速、主从动轴直径、最大角向和轴向
补偿是否满足要求。

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The elastic element of flexible coupling is composed of a number of thin metallic laminates, which are available in different types, such as cycloid ring, regular polygon and “waisted” form. On a common pitch cycle the body fitted bolts alternate stagger connect the driving and driven flanges. Thus the arc portions of the portions of the elastic element are divided into compression and tensile parts spacing alternatively. The tension part transmits torque while the compression part tends to flexure, when axial, radial and angular deflections appear in machinery, the membrane produce wavy deformation. One part of the membrane is extended, while the other is compressed, thus the elastic deformation is made. The special three direction stiffness factors of the elastic element are necessary to meet the machinery operating requirements, when designing.

SELECTION PROCEDURE
1.According to driving and driven machinery and operation conditions,select a service factor (K) from the table in the last page.
2.According the formula below to calculate the
torque(Tc).
Tc = 9550*P*K/n （N.m）
Where：P—power rating (KW)
n—transmitting speed （rpm）
3.According to the value of Tc,select coupling type.
4.check if the conditions bleow is applicable :
Max.speed,Driver and driven shaft diameter, Max.axial displacements and Max.angular misalignment.

The protocol for LIC by Exonuclease III 1. Design the primers with 15-bp overlap; 2. Digestion the vector by proper restriction enzyme; For getting high quality vectors, there are some good tips as follows: 1) The restriction sites we choose should be 5’-overhangs or blunt ends , but it shouldn ’t be 3'-protruding ends ; 2) Digestion by double enzymes; 3) Digestion the vector overnight to make sure complete cleavage as possible; 4. Quantitation the concentration of the vector through running DNA gel and the vector is prepared for LIC; 5. Amplifying the insert by PCR with the overlap primers, gel-purified, and quantitated, the insert is also prepared for LIC;（You can also treat the templates with DpnI, if there are scarcely any background bands and the positive PCR bands are dense and special enough.） 6. Mix the vector and insert in the reaction system as follows: Vector 25-50ng Insert 25-50ng Add ddw to 10ul 10ⅹExo Ⅲ buffer 1ul 7. Place the tube in the ice bath for 5mins ( Make sure the mixture in the tube is cooled to the temperature of the ice bath, and the following approach should also operate on the ice); 8. Add 1ul ExoIII(20units) to the reaction mixture; pipe the mixture for several times ; 9. Place the tube on the ice bath or 4℃ for 60mins; 10. Add 1ul 0.5M EDTA (pH 8.0) to stop the reaction; pipe the mixture for several times; 11. The mixture is then melted at 60℃ for 5mins; 12. Place on the ice bath for 5mins; 13. Centrifuge to concentrate the mixture; 14. Transform the mixture of DNA into DH5α; 15. Incubate the bacteria on the LB plates with proper antibiosis for 16h; 16. Pick up single clone for miniprepare ,analyze by restriction enzyme and further analyze by DNA sequencing.

克隆人研究的利与弊 摘要: 科学从来都是一把双刃剑。但是，某项科技进步是否真正有益于人类，关键在于人类如何对待和应用它，而不能因为暂时不合情理就因噎废食。克隆技术确实可能和原子能技术一样，既能造福人类，也可祸害无穷。 关键词：克隆克隆人克隆技术克隆技术的利弊 克隆技术是一个具有划时代意义的重大的科学技术突破。当克隆绵羊“多莉”出生以后，一石激起千层浪，世界各国就动物基因繁殖问题展开了日益激烈的争论。 克隆技术的应用大致有以下好处：一是利用克隆等生物技术，改变农作物的基因型，产生大量抗病、抗虫、抗盐碱等的新品种，从而大大提高农作物的产量。二是培育大量品种优良的家畜，如培养一些肉质好的牛、羊和猪等，也可以培养一些产奶量高，且富含人体所需营养元素的奶牛。三是可以拯救一些濒危珍稀的野生动植物，保持生态平衡。四是可以在医学领域大量生产出人们所需要的许多种名贵药品，治疗人们难以治疗的如癌症、高血压等各种疾病；可以借助克隆技术“制造”出人的乳房、耳朵、软骨、肝脏，甚至心脏等各种器官，供医院临床使用；可用于治疗神经系统的损伤，成年人的神经组织没有再生能力，但干细胞可以修复神经系统损伤;可以为医学研究提供更合适的动物，大大提高试验的精确度和安全性。五是可解除那些不能成为母亲的女性的痛苦。六是将受精卵克隆用于检测各种遗传疾病，克隆的胚胎与子宫内发育的胎儿遗传特征完全相同。 克隆技术的发展将会改变人类的生存环境，大大造福于人类。从这个意义上讲，我们应该支持克隆技术的进一步发展。 但是，克隆技术是一把双刃剑。它在给人类带来许多利益的同时，也向人类及社会提出了许多挑战。 1) 克隆将减少遗传变异，通过克隆产生的个体具有同样的遗传基因，同样的疾病敏感性，一种疾病就可以毁灭整个由克隆产生的群体。可以设想，如果一个国家的牛群都是同一个克隆产物，一种并不严重的病毒就可能毁灭全国的畜牧业。 2) 克隆技术的使用将使人们倾向于大量繁殖现有种群中最有利用价值的个体，而不是按自然规律促进整个种群的优胜劣汰。从这个意义上说，克隆技术干扰了自然进化过程. 3) 在理论上，克隆技术还很不成熟；在实践中，克隆动物的成功率还很低，生出的部分个体表现出生理或免疫缺陷，而且动物的残废率相当高并伴有早衰现象等。 4) 转基因动物提高了疾病传染的风险。例如，如果一头生产药物牛奶的牛感染了病毒，这中病毒可能通过牛奶感染病人。 为什么要禁止克隆人的实验？因为，这里涉及到许多关于人的尊严、关于社会伦理道德等问题。 第一，克隆人使“人”的基本定义发生了改变，使人丧失了尊严。人是动物长期进化而来的灵长类，是通过男女有性繁殖出来的，是在特定社会环境中逐渐发育成熟起来并具有特殊的生物性、社会心理、社会行为和社会特征的集合体。这种特定的人是不能克隆出来的。如果人在实验室里克隆出来，这样，无性繁殖的人不是真正的人。每个真正的人都有自己独特的个人品性，克隆出来的人恰恰没有这一点。它使人失去了人的尊严和人的多样性。这不是人
