计算机类部分期刊杂志投稿信息 1、《计算机工程与设计》和《计算机应用与软件》核心，相对来讲比较好中。 2、《计算机应用研究》国家一级期刊，核心，录用率60%, 通知得较快。 3、《计算机工程》中文核心，最大优点是审稿快。有基金号和项目编号的文章录用概率高。 4、《计算机工程与应用》核心，比较好中，审稿速度比较慢。 5、《微型机与应用》，核心，审稿速度一般，无需审稿费和版面费，并不好中(大家都想免费的午餐,收录数量有限). 6、《计算机仿真》科技论文统计源，非中文核心。好像有仿真结果，交钱就发，好中。 EI检索：《软件学报》《计算机学报》《计算机研究与发展》 《计算机科学》《计算机工程》 １ .《小型微型计算机系统》沈阳 审稿周期：四个月（不固定） 发表周期：一年半（不办理加急业务） 审稿费：100元（初审通过后才要求作者寄审稿费，这个要赞一下！） 服务态度：极好 投稿方式：邮寄打印稿，交付审稿费后可在其主页上查询稿件状态。 转一下华中科技大学一位朋友的经验： ****** 我中小微的经验： 1) 看看小微最近2年的杂志，有没有相关方面的文章，如果没有，中的机会大。 2）参考文献要尽量多引用那些是小微杂志编辑委员会写的文章的。 3）小微要求内容比较新，而且注重实现，要有数据和实现。 4）运气好的1个月就可以中。 ****** ２.《计算机应用》成都
审稿周期：三个月（一般两个月左右能知道录用与否） 发表周期：半年（我所了解到最快的） 审稿费：50元 服务态度：较好 投稿方式：在其网站上在线投稿 对文章的质量要求较高，杂志社工作认真负责，信息反馈较快，送审两个月后基本上都能收到稿件的最终处理结果。 对是否挂基金号与项目编号不是特别看重，比较适合我这样没有基金资助的学生，呵呵。 ３.《计算机科学》重庆 审稿周期：两个月（快慢不等） 发表周期：8个月到一年不等（有时候可以加急发表） 无需审稿费 服务态度：一般 投稿方式：邮寄打印稿，交付审稿费后可在其主页上查询稿件状态。 比较注重较为新颖的文章，如果挂有基金号或者重大项目编号，一周内就能返回录用通知。在其网站上经常看到有当天收稿，第二天就录用的，估计是被杂志社约稿了，呵呵。 ４.《计算机工程》上海 审稿周期：两个月 发表周期：一年左右（可以加急发表） 审稿费：50元 服务态度：较好 投稿方式：e-mail，可在其网站上留言查询审稿情况 最大的有点就是审稿快，一般一个半月就能收到消息，两个月内肯定能收到消息。有篇文章今天才让我修改，呵呵。 有基金号或者项目编号等的文章录用机率较高。 ５.《计算机应用研究》成都 审稿周期：三个月

容易发表的中文核心期刊
容易发表的中文核心期刊 许多高校对大学生发表论文持鼓励态度，有些高校甚至对发表论文的同学给予学分减免的支持，甚至报销版面费用。另外，对于有兴趣进行研究的同学来说，论文发表是对自己研究的一种肯定。大学生在专业期刊特别是中文核心期刊发表论文还是比较难的，特别是高职高专的学生。因此在选择期刊的时候不要盲目投稿，要尽量选择一些容易发表的期刊。笔者根据观察和发表论文的经验，向同学们推荐几个容易发表的期刊，以起到抛砖引玉的作用。 1、商场现代化。这个杂志是北大图书馆2004年版贸易经济类核心期刊，《商场现代化》杂志系中国商业联合会主管，由中商科学技术信息研究所和北京永川商标发展中心共同主办，主要面向商场、企业、公司的中高层管理者。本刊主要刊发国内外商业流通领域理论研究成果，商业管理学术论文和商业市场调查报告，作者不仅包括国内外商界研究机构资深人士和商业、财经院校教授、研究生，还有政府、行业主管部门领导和企业家精英。本刊因其系统性、实用性、权威性、前瞻性而成为商界管理层传阅率最高的杂志之一，并连续多次评为国家级贸易经济类核心期刊。主要栏目有：流通论坛、经营管理、营销之道、品牌策略、电子商务、物流平台、经济与法、资本运营、投资分析等。笔者的第一篇核心论文就发表在这个杂志上。 这个杂志没有学历和职称歧视，无论是博导还是大学生，只要论文达到发表要求，交纳一定的版面费用就可以发表，大概是800一个版，可以发表一个版的文章，并且投稿录用的时间比较短，杂志也比较厚，拿出来比较有档次感，接收电子投稿，因此对于经济条件较好的同学不妨一试。 2、经济论坛。这个杂志是北大图书馆2000年版贸易经济类核心期刊，河北省社会科学院主办，也是经济类核心期刊，是半月刊。这个杂志审稿速度也比较快，并且不存在学历和职

提高学术期刊影响因子的途径 作者：李勤来源：《今传媒》 美国科技信息研究所所长尤金?加菲尔德首先用论文的被引证频次来测度期刊的影响力，1963年美国科技信息研究所正式提出和使用影响因子这一术语。期刊在某年的影响因子是指该刊前两年发表论文在统计当年被引用的总次数除以该刊前两年发表论文的总数。由影响因子的定义可知，期刊的影响因子反映在一定时期内期刊论文的平均被引率。影响因子的三个基本要素是论文量、时间和被引次数，也就是说，期刊所刊发论文的被引情况决定了该期刊的影响因子。总的说来，一篇论文的被引次数越多，说明它的学术影响力越大，同样也表明它的学术质量较高、创新性较强。因为影响因子高的期刊具有较广泛的读者群和比较高的引用率。影响因子的高低客观地反映了期刊和编辑吸引高质量稿件的能力。所以，我们在评价期刊时，影响因子为重要的评价指标之一。许多作者在投稿时，也将影响因子高的期刊作为投稿首选。图书馆或研究院、资料室在选择订阅期刊或优化馆藏期刊时，也把期刊的影响因子作为重要的参考标准之一。而且影响因子也是筛选中文核心期刊的一项重要指标。因此，作为期刊工作者，努力提高期刊的影响因子十分必要。分析学术期刊的计量指标情况，决定影响因子高低的因素通常有这样几点： 一、影响因子的影响因素 一是论文发表时滞。论文发表时滞(DPA)是指期刊论文的出版日期与编辑部收到该文章的日期之时间差，以月为单位。它是衡量期刊时效性的重要指标，与期刊的影响因子和被引频次有密切关系。因为在计算影响因子时，期刊被引频次中两年的时间限制可导致不同刊物中论文的被引证次数有较大的差异。出版周期短的刊物更容易获得较高的影响因子。因而在同一学科领域的研究论文，特别是研究热点领域内的论文，首先被公开发表的论文更有可能引起较大的影响或者被别人引证。 二是论文学术水平。论文的学术质量直接制约着期刊影响因子的提高。学术质量较高的论文，容易被同行认可，引用率自然就高，影响因子也高。相反，学术质量较差的论文，不会被同行认可，得不到同行研究者的重视，引用率自然就低，影响因子也较低。在各类文章中，具有原创性的学术论文常常被研究人员参考和引用。同时有争议的学术讨论更容易获得同行的广泛关注，而普通的介绍性论文则不太被人们关注。 三是参考文献的数量和质量。由于影响因子是根据期刊的引文计算出来的，通常参考文献的内容越新颖，信息质量越高，影响因子就越高。准确的参考文献有助于作者在有限的篇幅中阐述论文的研究背景及其相关的观点和论据。同时可以方便读者追溯有关的参考资料进一步研究问题。统计分析表明，期刊的影响因子主要取决于论文的平均引文数、引证半衰期及论文的被引证率。所以，参考文献数量较多的论文它的平均引文数量就比较大，而且参考文献越准确，读者查阅参考文献就更方便，读者能分享文献信息资源就越多。 根据我们的分析研究，提高学术期刊影响因子，应该在以下几个方面用功夫： ⒈鼓励高质量论文在我国首先发表
四大中文核心期刊评价体系
四种中文核心期刊评价体系资料介 绍 对中国内地出版的期刊中核心期刊的认定，目前国内比较权威的有以下几种版本： 第一种是中国科技信息研究所（简称中信所）每年出一次的《中国科技期刊引证报告》（限理工科期刊，以下简称《引证报告》）。中信所每年第四季度面向全国大专院校和科研院所发布上一年的科研论文排名。排名包括SCI、Ei、ISTP 分别收录的论文量和中国期刊发表论文量等项指标。《引证报告》以1300多种中、外文科技类期刊作为统计源，报告的内容是对这些期刊进行多项指标的统计与分析，其中最重要的是按类进行“影响因子”排名。 第二种是北京大学图书馆与北京高校图书馆期刊工作研究会联合编辑出版的《中文核心期刊要目总览》（以下简称《要目总览》）。《要目总览》不定期出版，1996年出版了第一版，2000年出了第二版。《要目总览》收编包括社会科学和自然科学等各种学科类别的中文期刊。其中对核心期刊的认定通过五项指标综合评估。 《引证报告》统计源期刊的选取原则和《要目总览》核心期刊的认定各依据了不同的方法体系，所以二者界定的核心期刊（指科技类）不完全一致。 在《引证报告》和《要目总览》中每次都被评为核心期刊的期刊在其刊名前面加注了“#”，共597种。被《要目总览》1996年版，2000年版都定为核心期刊的社科类期刊，加注“=”，共434种。此外，被1999年EI和SCI收录的期刊，分别注以“+”(71种)或“ &”(28种)。 第三种是中国科学引文数据库(http://159.226.100.178/html/lyqkb.htm，限于理工科期刊)。它是由中国科学院文献情报中心建立的, 分为核心库和扩展库。核心库的来源期刊经过严格的评选,是各学科领域中具有权威性和代表性的核心期刊。我校在科研成果认定中把中国科学引文数据库核心库中的刊物均认定为核心期刊。 第四种是《中国人文社会科学核心期刊要览》。它是由中国社会科学院文献信息中心和社科文献计量评价中心共同建立的核心期刊库，我校在科研成果认定中均认定为核心期刊。 国内核心期刊，我院以最新版（目前以2004版）《中文核心期刊要目总览》为基础，在此基础上将核心期刊分为A、B、C、D四类。 国际国内重要检索系统简介

1. Submitted to Journal 刚提交的状态 2. Manuscript received by Editorial Office 就是你的文章到了编辑手里了，证明投稿成功 3. With editor如果在投稿的时候没有要求选择编辑，就先到主编那，主编会分派给别的编辑。这当中就会有另两个状态： 3.1. Awaiting Editor Assignment指派责任编辑 Editor assigned是把你的文章分给一个编辑处理了。 3.2. Editor Declined Invitation 如果编辑接手处理了就会邀请审稿人了。 4.随后也会有2种状态 4.1. Decision Letter Being Prepared 就是编辑没找审稿人就自己决定了，那根据一般经验，对学生来说估计会挂了1）英文太差，编辑让修改。2）内容太差，要拒了。除非大牛们直接被接收。 4.2. Reviewer(s) invited 找到审稿人了，就开始审稿 5. Under review 这应该是一个漫长的等待。当然前面各步骤也可能很慢的，要看编辑的处理情况。 如果被邀请审稿人不想审，就会decline，编辑会重新邀请别的审稿人。 6. Required Reviews Completed 审稿人的意见已上传，审稿结束，等待编辑决定 7. Evaluating Recommendation 评估审稿人的意见，随后你将收到编辑给你的decision 8. Minor revision/Major revision这个时候可以稍微庆祝一下了，问题不大了，因为有 修改就有可能。具体怎么改就不多说了，谦虚谨慎是不可少的。 9. Revision Submitted to Journal 又开始了一个循环。 10.Accepted 恭喜了 11. Transfer copyright form 签版权协议 12. uncorrected proof 等待你校对样稿 13. In Press, Corrected Proof 文章在印刷中，且该清样已经过作者校对 14. Manuscript Sent to Production 排版 15 in production 出版中
