If you want to become a fluent English speaker you should take some advice. There are four skills in learning English. They are reading, listening, speaking, and writing. The most important thing you must remember is that if you want to improve your speaking and writing skills, you should first master the skills of reading and listening.
Read as much as you can. But your reading must be active. 河北正定中学高三备课组工作经验交流 霍文明 各位老师，大家好： 首先感谢张老师给我这样一个和大家交流的机会。河北正定数学备课组多年来在高三复习过程中可以说是取得了一些成绩，但在我准备这个会议内容的过程中也一直在反思我校数学备课组的一些不足，我想这样的发言不单单是向各位老师介绍经验，更多的是反思我校数学备课组存在的问题，所讲的内容希望对各位的教学工作有所帮助，不足之处还请各位老师原谅； 今天我准备的内容主要是我校高三数学备课组的一些具体做法， 一、高三各轮复习一定要通过不同的形式让学生明确复习的基本思路和基本形式，复习过程中对学生的要求一定要具体明了；如一轮复习基本思路，二轮复习基本思路，三轮复习基本思路，每一轮复习前备课组长要通过小喇叭利用晚上的时间通知学生，任课老师利用上课的机会具体的布置；要让学生明确我们这一段时间要干什么，怎么干，要让学生的复习计划和我们的教学计划相吻合，同时要注意，在各轮复习中对学生的要求一定要具体，可以说不是学生做不到，很大程度上是我们老师要求不到。二、对高三一轮复习教师用书和各种考试含（小测）答案的处理策略： 目前各学校高三数学一轮复习现状：每位教师都配备着教师用书，学生的一轮教辅资料后面也备有答案，教师在备课的过程中遇到问题可以及时的利用教师用书找到问题的答案，学生在遇到困难时马上翻后面的答案得到结果，给教师配备教师用书和学生教辅资料后面有答案并不为过，但使用不当就可能降低复习的质量；目前在教学过程中教师（特别是年轻教师）依赖答案教学的现象比较严重，答案上怎么说他就怎么给学生讲，现卖现买，没有自己的认识，反映在课堂教学过程中就是严重的不敢放手，照本宣科的按照答案的思路进行教学，有些教师甚至出现卡壳的现象，可以说谈不上提高学生的能力；学生在听课过程中有很多好的做法，但一直没有机会表达，对我们的做法又不屑一顾，因此课堂教学可以说比较失败；因此，结合这种情况我校各年级都取消了教师用书和各种考试（含小测）的答案，特别是高三一轮复习阶段，目的就是要通过教师亲自做题感悟解题过程，通过集体研究加深对试题的分析和研究，使得课堂教学过程在学生认知现实的基础上收放自如，同时在没有答案的基础上进一
