1、及时播放上级发行的党员电教片。从外单位购进或自制的电教片，经分管领导审定后方可播放。
2、电教片应做到以“三基本”知识、时事政治、反腐倡廉、先进基层党组织和优秀党员事迹、科技知识等为主要内容，严禁播放格调低下，内容不健康的录像片，违者将给予严肃处理。
3、建立健全《党员电化教育记事簿》，及时做好记录工作。每个党员都应积极参加党员电教片的收看、讨论。
电教器材使用管理制度
1、电教器材实行专人管理，严禁非专业人员或外单位人员操作设备。
2、建立电教器材登记簿、电教片登记簿。电教员调动时需办理移交手续，并由领导监证。
3、电教设备的保管应做到“三防”，即：防潮、防霉、防窃。
4、使用设备时如出现不正常现象，应及时停机，请技术人员排除故障或送维修点修理，一般人员不得擅自拆修。
5、电教器材限于党员教育工作，不得借给个人或其他部门作为非党员教育之用。
电教工作人员职责
1、热爱本职工作，认真学习和掌握党员电化教育业务知识，了解电教设备的机械性能，能熟练地播放、复录录像片。
2、积极组织片源，做好订购工作。对本单位组织来的电教片，要及时报区委组织部备案，以便交流。
3、播放前，要认真检查放像设备，保证播放质量，要认真检查片名、内容，杜绝政治事故的发生。
4、认真做好电视机、放像机、录像机的保管和管理工作。
