203P/S分段下胎吊装工艺第2页1.分段信息:

BC385 项目 203P/S分段结构重量(考虑焊材重量)为189T,其它舾装件、管系、加强等按照6T计算,下胎重量合计195T.分段长宽高尺寸分别为14.4m*6.8m*15.1m,重心位置为X=FR71-267,Y=12528,Z=7769。

2.吊装设备

203P/S分段吊装下胎使用两台120T吊车。吊车最大起升高度18.5m.两车联吊时吊车中心间距应不小于10m。

4.吊装前准备工作

4.1 物料准备

1>卸扣D型55T卸扣4只,卸扣D型35T卸扣3只

2>120T下常用8m/6m/3m 根,保证额定承重能力不小于35吨。

3>龙门架,龙门架总承重能力不小于300T,车间自行决定

4>运输板车,运输板车的承重能力不小于250T

4.2 证书及资质准备

1>卸扣的探伤证明,需提供厂家证书及探伤检查结果,保证卸扣满足使用要求

2>钢丝绳的安全证明,需提供厂家证书及安全检查结果,保证钢丝绳处于安全使用阶段

3>吊环安装后的探伤合格证明

4>吊装指挥人员的资质证书

由上图可知,在FSO 船舷侧外板与码头相距2m 的情况下,中间站各部分在吊车的起重范围内,同时应注意救生艇和救生艇吊及附近其它吊车的停放角度,避免对吊装用门机产生影响。/illustrated above,when the distance between the side shell and the frontage wharf is 2 meter ,the middle station is under the range of the crane .But pay attention to the rescue boat 、 the rescue boat crane and other thing which height is larger ,avoid to affect the 50100 crane. 由于CUSTODY METERING SKID 1和CUSTODY METERING SKID 2的重量基本相同,均为约41T ,考虑

安全系数,按45T计算,且重心位置基本相似,可以使用相同的吊装方法,仅仅是因为两者在船上的位置不同而导致门机与船舶的相对位置和吊车幅度不同。

The weight of CUSTODY METERING SKID 1 and CUSTODY METERING SKID 2 is 41 ton ,consider margin of safety ,make the weight as 45 ton .The COG of CUSTODY METERING SKID 1 and CUSTODY METERING SKID 2 is same .Just because there position on the FSO is different ,the 50100 crane have to move to suitable position and use the suitable range .

连接吊车与吊杠的绳子长度不小于6M,承重能力不低于25T,连接吊杠和吊耳的绳子长度不小于15M,承重能力不低于15T./The length between the crane and trapeze is no less than 6 meter ,and load rating is no less than 25 ton . The length between the padeyes and trapeze is no less than

15 meter ,and load rating is no less than 15ton

连接吊杠的四个卸扣均为35T卸扣,最大受力约为26T,连接底部吊耳的为四个25T卸扣,最大受力约为13T。为避免吊点与重心不是绝对对称而导致的吊装初期绳子有不受力的情况,可以通过在与吊耳连接的绳子上加装额外的卸扣进行调节, 要求卸扣承重大于25T。/The four shackles connect with trapeze are 35 ton ,the actual maximum load is 26 ton . The four shackles connect with padeyes are 25 ton ,the actual maximum load is 13 ton .It is necessary to add extra shackles to make sure that the ropes connect with padeyes sustain tension at every stage . The extra shackles,s load rating is no less than 25 ton.

PROVER SKID重量约为26.8T,考虑1.1倍安全系数,按30T计算,吊装简图见下图6。

The weight of the PROVER SKID is 26.8 ton ,calculate the weight as 30 ton when consider margin of safety .

吊装过程需要使用吊杠进行辅助,吊杠及悬挂绳索各部分细节见下图6. /The lifting is need to use trapeze ,the detail of trapeze and ropes is shown as picture 6.

连接吊杠的四个卸扣均为25T/35T卸扣,最大受力约为18T,连接底部吊耳的为四个25T卸扣,最大受力

约为10T。为避免吊点与重心不是绝对对称而导致的吊装初期绳子有不受力的情况,可以通过在绳子上加

装额外的卸扣进行调节,要求卸扣承重大于25T。

/The four shackles connect with trapeze are 25/35 ton ,the actual maximum load is 18 ton . The four shackles connect with padeyes are 25 ton ,the actual maximum load is 10ton .It is necessary to add extra shackles to make sure that the ropes connect with padeyes sustain tension at every stage . The extra shackles,s load rating is no less than 25 ton.

7安全工作/Safety work

7.1吊装人员必须经过专业培训并取得吊装资质的专职人员进行指挥吊装作业,并佩戴起重工袖标。

/Workers must be trained professionally, and wear lifter armband.

7.2在起吊前应在起吊过程中需经过的路径标好安全警示,派专人看护,吊装路径周围15米范围内

不得有任何人员逗留经过。吊臂及被吊件下不能有任何人员逗留经过。

/Before lifting work start, set warning line around work area, over work area 15 meters, no matter who can not pass. No matter who can not pass under the gib arm and lifted object.

7.3吊装前安全员及操作人员应检测被吊装件的钢丝绳连接及捆绑是否牢固;并检查钢丝绳是否有断

股破损现象,合格后方可进行吊装作业。

/Before lifting work start, safety officer and operator should check steel rope,whether they connect hard or there are defect.

7.4 在有5级及5级以上大风,或大雨/雪,大雾等恶劣天气时,或者海浪过大导致起重船和北方明

珠船出现明显晃动时,应停止起吊作业。

/Lifting work can not be carried out when wind force scale more than 5,heavy rain/snow/fog, and so on bad wether.in other case,the crane ship or the FSO UOTE shakes noticeably cased by wave .

7.5在自然光线不足的地系或夜间作业时,应设置足够的照明设备。`

/Set enough lighting equipment,when night work.

7.6遵守公司关于起重作业的安全规定。

/Follow the company’s safety rules about lifting work.

8吊装步骤/Lifting process

8.1准备工作。/Prepare work

8.1.1有一名起重指挥人员进行指挥。/One guider to command.

8.1.2指挥人员站在参与本次吊装作业的起重机的司机看得清楚且自身始终可以看到被吊物的地点指

挥吊装作业。

/The guider locate a proper place where he can see the lifted object and also be seen by crane driver clearly

8.1.3指挥人员与起重机驾驶员用对讲机联系。

/The guider connect the driver with interphone

8.1.4由起重指挥人员按照规范连接吊车,钢丝绳,卸扣和吊耳。

/The guider link steel rope, shackle and trunnion following the rules.

8.2起吊。/Lifting

做好以上安全工作和准备工作后,由起重指挥人员指挥吊车司机起勾,每次并使被吊物吊起离起吊面300mm的时候,暂停30分钟,再次放下被吊物检查钢丝绳卸扣是否牢固,吊耳是否出现裂纹,弯曲等,尤其检测水深是否满足浮吊吃水,确认无误后,方可进行后续起钩作业。

/After safety and prepare work, the guider command the crane driver to lift. When lift 300mm,hold on and keep 30 minutes, then put down, check the steel rope, shackle and trunnion, especially check the water depth, whether satisfy float lifting vessel’s draft. Confirm everything is well, then go on working.

8.3吊装

8.3.1起重指挥人员指挥吊着将被吊件吊运至指定位置,过程中要注意速度不能产生太大的加速度以

产生额外的受力。/Lift the object to appointed position, during lifting, move speed as slow as could to avoid extra endure.

8.3.2起重指挥人员配合装配工指挥吊车,并根据需要,可使用撬棍,手拉葫芦等工具,直至装配结

束。/The guider cooperates with assembler to command the crane, according to actual factor, crow bar and other tools can be used until assemble work complete.

8.4完工。/Lifting work completed

吊装结束后,由起重指挥人员卸下卸扣,钢丝绳,妥善保管,并清理好现场。/After lifting work completed, the guider remove the shackle, steel rope and save well.Clean work ground.
