对初中英语教学改革的思考发表时间：2016-03-14T15:47:24.583Z 来源：《教育学文摘》2016年1月总第179期作者：刘海燕 [导读] 潍坊安丘市东埠中学外语教育已经成为我们国家公民教育的一个重要组成部分。潍坊安丘市东埠中学山东潍坊262102 摘要：21世纪是一个信息的时代，国际间的政府对话和贸易往来、世界范围的信息和技术的传播、资源和教育的共享都是以英语作为一个主要的传媒工具，外语教育已经成为我们国家公民教育的一个重要组成部分。所以说，在新一轮的课程改革当中，对于学生的实际语言运用能力、跨文化交际能力的培养，对于终身学习能力的培养，都成为英语教学改革所关注的重点，由此便产生了对于教学理念、教学模式、教学方法、教学内容、教学手段等方面的一系列重大改变。关键词：初中英语教学改革思考伴随着我们国家经济的快速发展，中国经济跟世界经济逐步地进行接轨，作为一个国际上重要的语言，即英语，它的重要性日益变得明显。但是，过去的英语教学已经不能够很好地适应当今社会发展的需求，所以英语教学的改革十分重要。通过这篇文章，我结合多年的教学实践经验，浅谈一下对于初中英语教学改革的几点思考。一、改革课堂教学单一的模式，提高学生对于英语学习的兴趣 1.互动互动型的教育方式，鼓励学生们积极地参与到课堂教学活动当中，真正做到以学生为中心的教学理念，老师在课堂上要起到一个引导的作用。比如说：在进行一些精彩对话讲解的时候，可以先找学生分角色进行课文的朗读，读完之后，再找其他同学进行点评，最后由老师做出一个总结。通过这样的一系列活动，学生们对于课文进行了有效的熟悉。在这个时候，我们还可以再找一些学生将这段对话进行表演。对于表现比较好的同学，老师要及时地进行相应的表扬和鼓励。这样一来，整个课堂气氛就会变得轻松活跃，学生从被动的听课变成了主动地学习，从而能够在很大程度上提高学生对于学习的兴趣，让学生能够更好地投入到课堂当中。对于复习题进行讲解的时候，老师和学生可以进行角色互换，由学生进行讲解，老师在下面听课，最后再由老师点明学生的错误。这样一来，老师能够更加直观地了解到学生的学习状况，而且能够很好地锻炼学生的语言组织能力和语言的表达能力，从而能够在很大的程度上提高学生学习英语的自信心。 2.采用多媒体技术改变课堂教学的单一模式多媒体技术是初中英语教学最好的教学手段之一，它能够创造出一个真实的、生动的、有趣的教学环境，能够让学生很快地融入到课堂内容当中，并且能够让学生迅速地掌握和运用所学到的知识。所以说，多媒体技术的运用给学生带来了很大的便利。二、培养学生自立的能力在传统的课堂教学模式当中，老师是知识的传授人员，学生则是知识的接受人，所有的教学活动都是围绕着怎么教开始的。通常的情况都是老师在讲台上讲课，学生在下面进行接收和模仿。通过这样的方式教育出来的学生都只会学，而不会将知识进行有效的运用。但是，伴随着社会的快速发展、语言教学目的的改革和社会对于人们的个性发展的需要，这种课堂教学模式的弊端变得越来越明显。然而受到传统观念和各类升学考试的影响，这种灌输式的课堂教学模式还是普遍存在着。所以，要正确地确立一个以学生为中心的课堂教学模式，我们首先需要做到的就是更新教学观念，努力摆脱习惯模式的干扰，从而引导学生以探索的角度去进行课堂学习，重点培养学生的自立能力，让学生能够更好地进行自主学习。三、开展丰富的课外活动，课内外进行有效的结合语言学习靠的是反复进行实践活动，才能够让学生更好地掌握知识，应该充分利用课余时间，开展各式各样的、生动有效的课外活动。比如说：定期举办英语演讲比赛，开展英语角，鼓励学生们欣赏那些优秀的英文电影并且用英语写一些自己的观后感，唱一些简单上口的英文歌曲，给学生推荐一些比较有趣、易懂的英文读物等等。在课堂上，老师可以让学生互相分享一下彼此对于课外阅读的感想和理解。通过这样的方式，学生不仅可以巩固课堂上所学到的知识，而且能够开阔自己的学习范围，在实践活动当中灵活运用所学到的知识，真正达到学以致用的效果。四、对于课堂教学进行优化，提高教学质量课堂教学是提高教学质量的关键所在，而教学方法和教学手段是提高课堂教学质量的有效途径。一是要做到创设和谐的课堂氛围，让学生能够带着轻松、愉悦的心情进行自我学生，强化语言的交际功能，不知不觉中对于语言进行学习。二是导入一些新颖的艺术。导入是课堂教学的开始，不仅要做到让学生有一种新鲜的感受，更加要激发出学生的求知欲望，让学生迅速进入到学习状态中去，这样能够达到事半功倍的效果。五、结语总而言之，对于学生进行语言教学的责任十分重大，我们要在实践当中不断进行相应的探索，从而能够以更加丰富多彩的形式来进行教学活动，把学生们带到一个更好的英语学习环境中，不断激发学生对于学习的兴趣、对于知识的求知欲，让课堂充满活力、充满趣味，让学生学习起来更加觉得有滋有味。参考文献 [1]刘荣征初中生运用英语学习策略情况的调查与思考[D].华中师范大学，2003年。 [2]黄斌外语专业新生学习观念与策略的转变之探析[J].广西师范大学学报（哲学社会科学版），2002年，S2期。
