活动背景

不知从何时起，英语四六级考试已经成了大学生的头等大事，甚至超过了自己的专业成绩。四六级等级证书仿佛成了衡量一个当代大学生水平，功底，能力的唯一标准，找工作的一份保险。要想毕业，四级必过；要想考研，六级比过。四六级的重要性不言而喻。作为一所211，985工程重点学校的我们，又怎能甘居人后，四六级势在必得。纵然如此，在我校广大的考生里还是有一大批人名落孙山，被成绩无情的PASS掉了。究其原因，功底不足是一方面，对考试的陌生与惧怕更不可忽视，甚至成了我们的致命伤。

活动目的宗旨

在我校，每年都有相当大的一部分同学报名参加英语四六级考试，但同时，也有不少的同学因为对四六级考试的题型和复习方法理解不正确而不能通过考试。但同学们都碍于场地的选择，试题的正规性，和时间的完整性，同学们自己的模拟考效果都不太明显。为了发挥四六级模拟考的作用，为同学们型造一种良好的模拟考试的氛围，使同学们充分了解四六级的考试流程，并对今年的考试趋势有所了解，对自己的水平有所认识，从而指导同学们在考前的复习工作。

活动赞助：新东方

3. 四、六级模拟考试结束后为参考同学举办一场试卷点评讲座。

五、活动内容及要求:

活动宣传：

1.彩绘海报若干张，贴于宿舍楼、宣传栏；

2.横幅3条北区，西区，南校各一条；

3.QQ宣传及班级宣传；

4联系英语老师协助宣传

考前阶段：

1. 统计好会参加的学生人数，并根据人数申请教室

2．由赞助商负责印刷试卷，准备听力材料；

3联系时空广播社放音系统；

4安排监考工作人员。在考试前，对监考人员进行短期培训。

5准备一定量的多余耳机及电池方便考生借用

考试阶段：

1.在每间教室安排两名监考工作人员。

2.考前广播系统提前试音

3. 考生需准时进入指定考场。

4.考试开始前半个小时，所有的监考工作人员到位，清点试卷、写清考试时间及各项专项做题时间安排。听力放音监考人员提醒大家即将播放听力

5.届时，准时根据四级考试的流程发、收试卷和答题卡，播放听力。提前给监考人员讲清考试流程：放音时间（提醒考生）

6.考试结束后与参加考试的同学进行交流，询问活动的效果。

7. 将答案发到指定邮箱，供参加考生对答案。

考后阶段：

1. 于四六级模拟考试后一两天举办一场试卷点评会（由赞助方老师主讲）兼四六级考试讲座，为本次四六级模拟考试画上圆满的句点。

2. 进行全面的活动总结
