国内外风电弃风现状及经验分析

【摘要】This paper analyzes the reasons for wind curtailment from the perspective of peaking capacity insufficiency, distribution congestion and transmission capacity insufficiency.Then it describes current situation of wind curtailment in some countries with large-scale wind power installations,such as the United States,Germany,Spain and Denmark. Their various regulations for curtailment are also discussed,and finally some insights to the wind curtailment in China are presented.%从调峰能力不足、配电线路阻塞和输电容量不足等方面深入分析了风电弃风的主要原因,描述了近期美国、德国、西班牙和丹麦等世界风电大国的弃风现状,研究了上述国家风电弃风的管理及政策机制,并在此基础上提出了对我国风电弃风现象的基本认识。
