What accounts for the fundamental differences? As far as I am concerned, there are at least two important reasons contributing to the fact. First of all, it is claimed that a sense of financial security has been established, when seniors over 50 pile up income for years. As we all know, such mental security plays a crucial role in boosting their working efficiency and satisfaction. Secondly, studies have shown that such a group of workers are faced up with less pressure since they are more experienced in handling duties. As a result, the decline of pressure makes them have more access to happiness in work.

From the above discussion, we may safely predict that this trend will continue in the forthcoming years.

First of all, it is believed that more working experience will be gained if students are involved in part-time jobs after school. As we know, such experience plays a crucial role in boosting the job opportunity after graduation. Secondly, studies have shown that students are able to improve their value, when they work as an intern and have access to experience in workplace. As a result, it makes seniors more likely to acquire a decent job after they leave school.

From the above discussion, we may safely predict that this trend will continue in the forthcoming years.

What accounts for the above-mentioned fact? As far as I am concerned, at least two driving factors behind it could be as follows. First of all, it is believed by many working-age adults that more job opportunities can be created, so people are moving to cities. As we know, career plays a crucial role in one’s life. Secondly, studies have shown that individuals are likely to have access to better health care and education, when they settle down in cities. As a result, living in cities makes our life more colorful and convenient.

As discussed above, it is not surprising to see that this trend will continue in the forthcoming years.
