人教版PEP小学英语教学设计新课程标准要求，英语教学要源于教材，宽于教材。本课以人教版PEP小学英语第二册第6单元Part A其中的知识点为基本内容，并在原有认知基础上适当地将有关动物的内容综合起来并进行扩充，主要是让学生围绕“at the zoo”这个主题进行“谈论动物”的活动，让学生了解到更多动物的名称并能对动物的主要特征进行简单的描述。 认知目标： ●能听、说并认读单词：tiger, elephant, snake，giraffe，deer以及相关的形容词big , small, long, tall, short, fat, thin等； ●会用简单的句子It has ...来描述动物的主要特征。 能力目标：培养学生听、说、认读和对话交际的能力，以及学生通过网络资源进行自主学习和小组协作学习的能力。 情感目标：培养学生爱护动物、保护动物、保护环境的意识和互相帮助、互相学习的习惯。 教学的重、难点是如何灵活运用所学的形容词对动物的主要特征进行简单描述。教师充分利用远程教育资源这一得天独厚的教学资源，为学生提供大量的与课本所学内容相关的图片、卡通动画、故事等素材，创设真实的情景，拓展课文内容、开阔学生视野，让学生的视觉及听觉产生全新的体
验，从而激发学生说的欲望。在教师的引导下，学生通过卡通欣赏、游戏、情境对话等活动，进行自主学习和小组协作学习，共同探索学习如何描述动物的主要特征，从而突出重点，化解难点。 本节课的教学对象是小学三年级的学生。他们已经学过一些简单、常见的动物单词，如dog、cat、monkey等。学生们喜新好奇，求知欲强，对于新鲜的事物有着浓厚的兴趣和探究欲望，想学到除课本以外更多的英语知识。另一方面，经过一年多的电脑学习，本班学生已经掌握了电脑打字操作、简单编辑文字以及网上浏览的方法，具有一定的计算机操作能力，打字、浏览的速度比较快。 我将在多媒体网络教室进行本课时的教学，学生一人一机。所有的电脑都能便捷访问互联网，并具有屏幕转播、屏幕监控等功能，能有效实现人机交互。本课所使用的媒体素材来源主要是http://的教育资源，由中央电教馆资源库所提供。网络课件是教师本人根据课文内容，利用远教资源，借鉴了广东省佛山南海实验小学的一些优秀课件、教学建议及设计思路，并从网上下载相关的图片、视频素材，自行整理组织、设计开发的。目的是拓展课文内容，开阔学生视野，让学生的视觉及听觉有一种全新的体验，激发学生说的欲望，并培养跨文化交际能力和环保意识。 以信息技术网络平台为依托，进行交互式教学，注重人
