4.1.8 在每次安装结束后及在使用中每三个月均应检查一次防坠安全器的动作情况，即对安全器进行坠落试验，坠落试验完后必须对安全器进行复位（见安全器复位）。

Make the falling-test of safe device after installation every time or every 3 months being used；replace it after the test(see the replacement of the safe device)。

4.1.8.1 限速器使用应注意事项（详见SAJ系列安全器使用说明书）The note of the limiter

a 限速器铅封不得随便拆除；

Not remove freely the lead sealing of the limiter；

b 限速器有异常情况（如制动距离过长或过短，零件损坏等），应立即停止, 使用，经修复或更换后方可继续使用。

If the limiter is out of the way (such as the braking distant is too long or short，the worn parts and so on)，stop running until repair or instead a new one。

c 应严格按照坠落试验周期进行坠落试验。Make the falling-test punctually。

4.1.8.2 坠落试验步骤The step of the falling-test

a 坠落试验应在升降机完全处于工作状态下进行,且吊笼不允许载人；

The test shall be done when the hoist is under the working state，The cage can’t manned

b 试验必须在地面进行，吊笼下垫弹性较大的物体（如旧轮胎等）；

The test is made on the ground；the stretch thing is matted under the cage；

c 升降机内均匀装载额定重量；The rate

d 按接线图要求将坠落试验电缆接入电控箱坠落试验用端子。（见电气原理图）。将限速器试验专用按钮盒引到吊笼外；

The tie-in of one end of the button-case is connected with the tie-in of the electronic box (see the chart of the electric theory)。Take the special button-box of the speed-limit machine out of the cage；

e 关闭吊笼里、外笼门，合上外笼电源箱内的电源开关；

Close the inner-outer door of the cage；close the power switch of the handrail power-box；

f 按下坠落试验操纵盒的上升按钮，驱动吊笼上升至离开升降机基础10m 左右；

Press the ascending-button on the operating-case；drive the cage up about 10m distant from the hoister’s base；

g 按下坠落按钮，不要松手，吊笼向下坠落。当坠落速度达到限速器的额定动作速度（约1.2m/s）时，限速器立即动作，将吊笼制停在导轨架上；

Press the falling-button and not loose；the cage falls down；when the falling speed

reaches the rated limited speed (about 1.2m/s)，the limiter moves at once and stops the cage

on the mast frame；

h 正常情况下，制动距离（从听到限速器动作的声音到制停吊笼所下落的距离）为0.3～1.2m；

The braking distant( from hearing the limiter running to where the cage stops )is 0.3～

1.2m normally；

i 试启动吊笼向上不应动作，因为安全器动作后，安全器内部微动开关已将控制电路切断，如仍能动作，应重新调整微动开关；

Start the cage and it will refuse to run because of the safe device is running；the switch

in the device has cut off the power，if or not，adjust it；

j 如果吊笼底部在距地面4m左右仍未停止，应立即松开坠落按钮，使吊笼制停在导轨架上，然后点动坠落按钮，使吊笼缓缓落在基础上，查明原因。

If the cage doesn’t stop at 6m distant from the base during the free falling，the falling-button is loosen to keep the cage on the mast，then the falling-button is pressed，and

the cage falls on the mast laxly。Find out the reason。

4.1.8.3 限速器复位（图28）The replacement of the limiter (dwg.28)

4.1.8.3.1 当限速器起作用使吊笼制停在导轨架上后，试验人员从吊笼顶部活动翻门进入吊笼；

When the limiter works to keep the cage on the mast frame，the test person enters the cage from the top of the cage；

4.1.8.3.2 切断主电源，按下述方法进行安全器复位：

Cut off the main power，and replace the limiter as following way：

a 旋出螺钉（1），拿掉端盖（2），取下螺钉（3）；

Take down nut 1，safety cover 2 and nut 3；

b 用专用工具（5）和摇杆（4）旋出螺母（7），直到销（6）的尾部和壳体端面平齐（此时微动开关应处于接通状态）；

Use specified tool 5 and handle 4 to screw up nut 7 to the tail of pin 6 is level with the body of the limiter (turn on the switch)；

c 安装螺钉（3）和罩盖（2），取下罩盖（9），用手尽可能拧紧螺栓（8），然后用工具将螺栓（8）拧紧30°角后松开，装好罩盖（9），注意拧动螺栓（8）的方向与旋出螺母（7）的方向相同；

Install nut 3 and cover 2；take down cover 9；screw up bolts 8 tightly by

hand；then use the special tool to angle the bolt 8 30°；install cover 9；screw up bolt 8 and make it at the same direction of nut 7。

d 接通主电源后，必须向上开动升降机约200mm以上，以使离心甩块与磨擦锥齿脱离复位，吊笼即可正常运行。

Switch on the main power，immediately start up the cage to above 200mm，when the revolving block and gear are out of replacement，the hoister can work。

5.1.11 防坠安全器

The avoiding-falling safe device

SAJ型防坠安全器是SC型施工升降机中的重要安全保护装置，它能限制吊笼超速运行，有效地防止吊笼坠落事故发生。当吊笼因故障引起失速下落时，防坠安全器开始动作并使制动力矩逐渐增加，在一定的距离内将吊笼平稳制动，从而保证了乘员的生命安全和设备的完好无损。

SAJ avoiding-falling safe device is an important protective device for the hoister；it can stop the cage exceeding running and prevent the accident。When the cage is falling out of control，the limit is switched on and it＇s braking moment is increasing gradually；the cage is braked at the fixed distant，so guarantee the safety of the operator and equipment。

5.1.11.2 性能参数说明举例Example for performance parameter

说明：1、升降机的总载荷（吊笼自重+额定载荷）≤安全器额定制动载荷；

Note: Total of hoister( weight of cage+ rated load) ≤safe device rated breaking load

2、标定动作速度可根据用户需要的运行速度确定安全器的动作速度，即标定

动作速度≤额定动作速度。

Demarcating speed could confirm the safe device’s speed according to the consumers’ requirement that means demarcating speed ≤rated speed。

5.1.11.3 工作原理（见图39）Working principle ( shown as picture 39)

SAJ series safe device is unilateral progressive type，the breaking distance is on the scutcheon。When the cage running at normal speed，the device also moves，jiggle switch is on。Fix up the top floating bolt，no pressure is between screw breaking shell and outside shell，the block is in retract condition。When doing falling test or other accident take place，the cage falls down excessive speed and reach the demarcating speed，the block will be thrown out joggling with the ratchet of screw breaking shell。At the same time，orientational spring leaf keeps the block in opening state，with the cage’s continue falling down，gear and axle drive the breaking shell running，push the top floating bolt，two shells contact，nut compress the spring，switch arm drive the switch to cut down the power，the cage will stop along with the adding of friction。After knowing the reason，press“safe device reposition”to reposition。If the device works uncertainty or has noise，stop immediately and contact with the manufacturer and the hoister mustn’t continue working now。Note：safe device must be lubricated termly。

SAJ系列安全器为单向作用渐进式安全器，其制动距离见产品标牌，吊笼以正常速度

运行时，安全器随动，微动开关处于接通状态。顶浮螺栓旋紧，旋转制动毂与外毂间无压力，甩块处于收回状态。当做坠落试验或由于意外原因，吊笼超速下降达标定速度时，甩块甩出，与旋转制动毂上的棘齿啮合，同时定位簧片使甩块保持张开状态，随着吊笼的继续下降，齿轴旋转带动旋转制动毂旋转，推开顶浮螺栓，两毂接触，螺母压缩碟簧，开关压臂使开关动作切断电源，吊笼随摩擦力增大制停。查清原因后按“安全器复位”说明进行复位。如安全器动作不可靠、误动作或有异常噪声，应立即停机与生产厂家联系，此时施工升降机不能继续工作。注意：安全器一定要定期润滑。

5.1.11.4 使用注意事项Attention

a 安装时安全器的接线盒须在向下位置，绝不可横置或处在向上位置。

When installing，the junction box of safe device should be at the below position and mustn’t be laid or at upper position。

b 安全器在储存、运输及使用过程中必须注意防水、防淋，以免影响使用。

During the storage，transportation and using of safe device，consumers should pay attention to avoid water or rain so that the machine could work normally。

c 每月二次向齿轮轴端油杯处注入润滑油，润滑脂牌号为2号钙基润滑脂。

Oil the gear axle terminal oil cup monthly，the lubricate grease mark is NO.2 calcium lubricate grease。

d 用户绝不允许自行打开安全器铅封，否则无论出现何种事故生产制造方概不负责。

Consumers mustn’t open the device lead sealing presumptuously，otherwise，the manufacturer is irresponsible for any accident。

e 防坠安全器不管使用与否，都应送原单位进行每年一次的年检，只有在年检合格的有效期内才能使用。

No matter the falling avoiding device is used or not，it should send back to do

examination annually。It could only be used during the qualified annually exam’s period of validity。

f 防坠安全器属升降机重要保护装置，按标准规定，有效使用期限为5年。

Falling avoiding device is the important protecting device，the effective use term is 5 years according to standard prescript。

特别提醒：防坠安全器安装后一定要注意齿轮齿条的啮合间隙，间隙太小可能造成啮合干涉，产生异常振动与噪音，甚至损坏安全器。

Specially remark：Pay attention to the joggle gap between gear and rack。If the gap is too small，joggling interposition will be caused and noise could takes place even the device could be damaged。

安全器限位开关及指示销位置用户不得自行调整，安全器动作后应查明动作原因，排除故障后方能继续运行。

Consumers should not adjust safe device’s limiter switch and position of pointing pin presumptuously。If safe device moves，consumers should research the reason；after removing the fault，hoist could continue to work。
